RM50 Setel Credit Terms & Conditions: 

1. First 600 Watsons Club members shop on Watsons Malaysia’s Online & App, meeting the spending threshold of RM300 (after all Promotion Codes, Discounts, Member Point Redemption, exclude Delivery Fee) on 6 June 2026, 12:00am to 11:59pm will be eligible to receive a RM50 Setel Credit.
2. All qualified Watsons Club members shall receive a WhatsApp with a unique code by 15 June 2026.
3. The unique code is redeemable on Setel app
   1. Launch the Setel app and tap on ‘Top-up’ on top left screen.
   2. In the Top-up page, select ‘Setel top-up voucher code’.
   3. Enter the voucher code and tap on ‘Redeem’.
   4. Your top-up will be reflected in your wallet balance.
4. Promotion Participant Eligibility
   1. Watsons reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the vouchers/prizes with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated vouchers/prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. All vouchers/prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
   2. The visual of the vouchers/prizes in www.watsons.com.my or any official promotional materials for this Promotion serves as illustration purposes only.
   3. All vouchers/prizes are used/accepted entirely at the risk of the winners at all times and Watsons excludes all responsibility in connection with any voucher/prize to the extent permitted by law.
   4. All vouchers/prizes given are on “as is” basis. Watsons, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for the misuse of any of the vouchers/prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss, expenses, costs, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with and/or the vouchers/prizes associated with this Promotion.
5. All vouchers/prizes are also subject to the Terms & Conditions.
   1. The RM50 Setel Credit is not transferable, not exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
   2. RM50 Setel Credit must not be sold and may become void if this condition is breached.
   3. RM50 Setel Credit is limit to 600 units, and on a first-come, first basis.
   4. Each RM50 Setel Credit can only be redeemed once.
   5. The RM50 Setel Credit cannot be re-instate if the order is cancelled and Watsons Malaysia will not entertain any claim for loss of this voucher.
   6. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Watsons shall be conclusive, final and binding.
6. Other Promotion Details & Terms and Conditions
   1. Watsons’ decisions on any matter relating to this Promotion are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Watsons.
   2. Watsons may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Promotion and extending the Promotion Period. Any such changes will be announced on our website or official Facebook page.
