Product Usage
1. Clean wound and dry thoroughly before applying. Remove plastic backing. 2.Place plaster onto skin over the wound and press firmly. 3. Remove the transparent top sheet.

Before use, clean the wound and skin around it and dry thoroughly to prevent bacterial infection. 5. Not recommended to be used simultaneously with other medication. 6. Store unused dressings in a cool, dry place. 7. For efficacy and hygine reasons, each dressings is for single use only. 8. Do not swallow. If swallowed, please consult a doctor immediately 9. If skin discomfort occurs during or after use, stop using and consult a doctor immediately. 10. For people with burns, surgical wounds, diabetes, poor blood circulation, sensitive skin or for children below 2 years of age, please consult a doctor before use.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
