Terms and conditions for Beli s Menang e-Duit Raya Bersama Safi

I (“Participant”) hereby confirmed that I have read, acknowledged my understanding, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. SAFI Malaysia is the organiser of the Beli C Menang e-Duit Raya Bersama Safi. This Contest starts on 16 February 2026, 00:00 and ends on 17 April 2026, 23:59 (“Contest Period”).
2. This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above, except the directors, employees, and immediate family members of SAFI Malaysia including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies (each referred to herein as a participant). Immediate family members refer to spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law, and siblings.
3. Contest Period: 16 February 2026 to 17 April 2026
   
    

PARTICIPATION METHOD

1. 1. To participate in this Contest, an eligible Participant shall, during the Contest Period, do the following:
      1. Purchase any Safi products in a single sales receipt worth RM 15 at any

outlets (instore or official online stores) within the Campaign Period, Scan QR code or direct to WhatsApp (011-69784435) for submission of particulars and proof of purchase.

1. 1. 2. One (1) such single sales receipt entitles each Participant to one (1) submission.
      3. Participant shall receive validation message within 48 hours.
      4. Retain ALL original printed sales receipts (dated within the Campaign Period) as per ALL the entries sent THROUGHOUT the Campaign Period as proof of purchase. Only valid printed sales receipts (including printed e-receipts from online purchases) dated within the Campaign Period with a clear outlet name and details of Safi products will be accepted.

Internal Use

CONTEST PRIZES

1. All Participant stands a chance to win a maximum of one final draw (1) contest prize, one weekly prize, and maximum 10 redemptions only throughout the contest period.
   • Grand Prize: 10 winners of RM1,000 Touch ‘N Go Reload Pin
   • Weekly Prize: 50 winners of RM100 Touch ‘N Go Reload Pin
   • Instant Redemption of RM 5 Touch N Go Reload Pin

(Max of 10 redemptions/number/submission of RM5 Touch ‘N Go Reload Pin throughout the contest period)

2. SAFI Malaysia may at its sole discretion, substitute any prizes with any item of similar value. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The estimated value of the prizes is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
3. SAFI Malaysia shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the prizes offered and published in any mass media, marketing, or advertising materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAFI Malaysia makes no representations and/or warranties with respect to any prizes provided under the Contest. In particular, SAFI Malaysia gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability, quality of the prizes or their suitability for any purpose.
4. SAFI Malaysia reserves the right to determine the delivery or collection (whichever applicable) arrangements of the prizes for the winner. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide a correct, valid, and complete address. SAFI Malaysia shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of any prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, SAFI Malaysia shall not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss to the prizes during the delivery and acceptance of the prizes and shall not accept delivery of any prizes returned by the winner for whatsoever reason. SAFI Malaysia shall further not be responsible for any prizes that are defective, lost, damaged, or stolen.

WINNERS SELECTION

1. The winners will be selected by random draw from the total number of entries accumulated during the Contest Period.
2. Winners of this Contest will be contacted through contact details provided by our representative from Edense Sdn Bhd.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. SAFI Malaysia appointed Edense Sdn Bhd as our appointed contest management agency and reserves the right to vary the announcement date due to, including but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances if favourable response, etc. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a participant and/or any other prize recipients, SAFI Malaysia reserves the right to decide on such issue(s), and its decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the relevant participant.
2. SAFI Malaysia’s determination of the participants shall be final, conclusive, and binding. If the winner (or any alternate winner) cannot be contacted, the winner shall be deemed not to win this prize. If edense sdn bhd has attempted to contact the winner and alternate winners and are unable to provide prizes to the winners, then SAFI Malaysia shall consider this prize as an unclaimed prize and shall thereafter deal with the prize in any manner that it deems fit. No correspondences shall be entertained.
3. By participating in this Contest, participants will be deemed to (i) have consented to SAFI Malaysia and/or its sponsor (if any) to use any participant information which includes but it is not limited to their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Contest (including any outcome), or future advertising and publicity purposes, unless otherwise notified in writing to SAFI Malaysia and (ii) have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
4. SAFI Malaysia reserves the right to make additions, amendments, modifications to this Contest and its related promotional materials, and/or cancel or suspend this Contest from time to time without prior notice.
5. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, SAFI Malaysia (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the SAFI Malaysia control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the SAFI Malaysia) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the SAFI Malaysia; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Contest is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the SAFI Malaysia; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (g) use of the prize.
6. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner be required to sign and return to edense sdn bhd any legal documentation in the form required by SAFI Malaysia and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

7. SAFI Malaysia collects personal information in order to conduct this Contest and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties (located within and beyond Malaysia), including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Malaysian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. SAFI Malaysia may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update, or correct information to SAFI Malaysia. All submissions become the property of SAFI Malaysia.
8. SAFI Malaysia makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prizes or other items furnished by third parties in connection with this Contest.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH ITEMS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SAFI Malaysia HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES,

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

9. SAFI Malaysia is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, of any means communication, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, any website or application, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services, used in connection with this Contest.

Terma dan Syarat Beli s Menang e-Duit Raya Bersama Safi

Saya (“Peserta”) dengan ini mengesahkan bahawa saya telah membaca, memahami, dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat berikut:

1. Penganjur s Tempoh Peraduan
   1. SAFI Malaysia ialah penganjur Beli s Menang e-Duit Raya Bersama Safi (“Peraduan”). Peraduan ini bermula pada 16 Februari 2026, jam 00:00 dan berakhir pada 17 April 2026, jam 23:5G (“Tempoh Peraduan”).
   2. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara Malaysia berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas, kecuali pengarah, pekerja, dan ahli keluarga terdekat SAFI Malaysia termasuk syarikat bersekutu dan/atau berkaitan, pengedar, agensi pengiklanan dan promosi. Ahli keluarga terdekat merujuk kepada pasangan, anak-anak, ibu bapa, ibu bapa mentua, dan adik-beradik.
   3. Tempoh Peraduan: 16 Februari 2026 hingga 17 April 2026.

Cara Penyertaan

1. Untuk menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta yang layak hendaklah, dalam Tempoh Peraduan:
   1. Membeli mana-mana produk Safi dalam satu resit jualan bernilai RM15 di mana-mana premis (kedai fizikal atau kedai dalam talian rasmi). Peserta perlu mengimbas kod QR atau terus ke WhatsApp (011-6G784435) untuk menghantar maklumat peribadi dan bukti pembelian.
   2. Satu (1) resit jualan melayakkan Peserta untuk satu (1) penyertaan.
   3. Peserta akan mendapat mesej validasi dalam tempoh 48 jam.
   4. Menyimpan SEMUA resit jualan asal bercetak (bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan) bagi SEMUA penyertaan yang dihantar sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan sebagai bukti pembelian. Hanya resit jualan bercetak yang sah (termasuk e-resit bercetak daripada pembelian dalam talian) dengan nama premis yang jelas dan butiran produk Safi akan diterima.

Hadiah Peraduan

1. Setiap Peserta berpeluang memenangi maksimum:
   • o Satu (1) Hadiah Cabutan Akhir,
   • Satu (1) Hadiah Mingguan, dan
   • Maksimum 10 penebusan sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.

Butiran Hadiah:

• • Hadiah Utama: 10 pemenang x Touch ‘N Go Reload PIN bernilai RM1,000
  • Hadiah Mingguan: 50 pemenang x Touch ‘N Go Reload PIN bernilai RM100
  • Penebusan : Touch ‘N Go Reload PIN bernilai RM5

  • Minggu 9: 13–17 April 2026

2. SAFI Malaysia berhak, mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya, menggantikan mana- mana hadiah dengan hadiah lain yang bernilai setara. Semua hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik, ditukar, atau ditebus dalam bentuk lain. Hadiah diberikan atas

dasar “seadanya”.

3. SAFI Malaysia tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang salah tafsiran

berkaitan hadiah yang diterbitkan dalam mana-mana bahan media, pemasaran, atau pengiklanan.

4. Pengaturan penghantaran atau pengambilan hadiah akan ditentukan oleh SAFI Malaysia. Peserta bertanggungjawab memastikan maklumat alamat yang

diberikan adalah tepat dan lengkap. SAFI Malaysia tidak bertanggungjawab atas kegagalan penerimaan hadiah atau sebarang kerosakan, kehilangan, atau kecurian hadiah.

Pemilihan Pemenang

1. Pemenang akan dipilih melalui cabutan rawak daripada semua penyertaan yang diterima sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
2. Pemenang akan dihubungi melalui maklumat perhubungan yang diberikan oleh wakil daripada Edense Sdn Bhd.
