Terms & Conditions of the Safi Youth Gold Rania @ Watsons May’26 Contest

INTRODUCTION

1. The “Safi Youth Gold Rania @ Watsons May’26” Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Wipro Unza (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd (“Organiser”) and is subject to the Terms and Conditions herein.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD

1. The Contest will run from 00:00am, 23^rd April 2026 to 23:59pm, 20^th May 2026 for West Malaysia and 00:00am, 30^th April 2026 to 23:59pm, 27^th May 2026 for East Malaysia [“Contest Period”]. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone, shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice.

2. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY

1. The Contest is open to all participants above 18 years of age (as at 00:00am, 23^rd April 2026) who are subscribers of prepaid and/or postpaid services of telco in Malaysia (“Participants”).

2. The following group of persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest:

1. 1. Employees of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters, including their spouses); and/or
   2. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of distributors, advertising and promotion agencies or all such related parties of the Organiser, including their affiliated or related companies, and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters, including their spouses).

CONTEST MECHANISM

1. To participate in the Contest, each Participant must:

1. 1. Purchase any Safi Youth Gold products worth of RM30 and above in a single sales receipt at any Watsons outlets including e-stores within the Contest Period. One (1) such single sales receipt entitles each Participant to one (1) submission.
   2. Send a clear photo of the full single sales receipt and type (Name as per NRIC or Passport)<space>(NRIC or Passport No.)<space>(Contact Number) and WhatsApp to +6011 5379 0956

1. 3. Retain ALL original printed sales receipts (dated within the Contest Period) as per ALL the entries sent THROUGHOUT the Contest Period as proof of purchase. Only valid printed sales receipts (including printed e-receipts from online purchases) dated within the Contest Period with a clear outlet name and details of Safi Youth Gold products will be accepted.

2. Multiple entries are allowed per Participant but all entries have to be unique with different receipts. Eg. Participants cannot enter 2 times with the same receipt.

3. The Organiser and the companies involved in the Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of the WhatsApp submission sent and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the Participants’ details in conjunction with the Contest.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. Fifty Six (56) winners will be selected in accordance with the terms herein and will receive the prize. Only Participants who fulfill the Contest Mechanism stated above will be eligible to be the winners. Participants who fail to fulfill the Contest Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice.

2. Winners will be determined by randomized name selected from the pool of eligible participants by the Organiser.

3. Eligible prize winners will be announced by the Organiser on Facebook page via the following URL: www.facebook.com/SAFI.MY (or any other URL to be determined by the Organiser) and subsequently be contacted by the Organiser via telephone/email within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from 27^th May 2026 and shall be required to provide the original printed sales receipt that matches the winning entry as proof of purchase before being declared as winners. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible prize winner fails, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another three (3) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours from the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next eligible prize winner. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the eligible prize winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.

4. The chosen eligible prize winner is required to present: (i) the original printed sales receipts; and (ii) a photocopy of NRIC as proof of purchase and identity during prize collection at the designated meet-up point provided by the Organiser. Failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the eligible prize winner and find the next eligible winner as replacement.

PRIZE

1. The contest prize:

Grand Prize x 6 winners : ONE (1) UNIT of SHE DAZZLE Cash Voucher worth RM1,000 and Safi Youth Gold Products worth RM300 each winner

Consolation Prize x 50 winners : ONE (1) UNIT of SHE DAZZLE Cash Voucher worth RM100 each winner

2. All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the date of notification of winnings. In the event the Organiser organises a prize-giving ceremony, each winner is required to attend at their own expense to claim the prize. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Organiser thirty (30) days after the date of notification of winnings.

3. Each participant is eligible to only win one (1) prize during the Contest Period.

ORGANISER’S RIGHTS

1. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to increase or reduce the number of prizes or substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or in any other form for whatever reason.

2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time and the participants agree to be bound to such changes.

3. The Organisers’ decision is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no further action will be taken against the Organiser.

4. The Organiser may also at its absolute discretion cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time with or without prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the cancellation, termination or suspension.

OTHERS

1. By participating in the Contest, Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out herein and decisions of the Organiser.

2. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage to belongings or claims resulting from participation in the Contest, and Participants shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser in relation to the same.

3. The Terms and Conditions are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the English language version shall prevail.

4. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

PRIVACY NOTICE

1. By participating in the Contest, Participants consent to giving their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish and use Participant’s names and/or photographs plus their claims for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each Participant waives their right to make any claims for the use of their claims by the Organiser.
2. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By the participant submitting personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other company or partners for their independent use.

Personal Data Protection Act 2010

Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) to Participants of “Safi Youth Gold Rania @ Watsons May’26” Contest organised by Wipro Unza (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

Dear Participants,

Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual. It informs you of your rights under the PDPA, including actions you may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular:-

1. 1. 1. 1. That we [“Organiser”] may collect your personal data directly through your participation in the Contest;
         2. Your personal data is collected and will be used for the Contest;
         3. You have the right to access and correct your personal data once given;
         4. Your personal data may be disclosed to an elected agency for processing;
         5. The personal data requested from you will only be used for the Contest;
         6. The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation in the Contest void;
         7. Your personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and you required to update us if there are changes to the personal data provided.

Terma dan Syarat

PENGENALAN

1. Peraduan “Safi Youth Gold Rania @ Watsons Mei’26” [“Peraduan”] dianjurkan oleh Wipro Unza (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [“Pihak Penganjur”] dan tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat di sini.

TEMPOH PERADUAN

1. Peraduan akan berlangsung dari 00:00 pagi, 23hb April 2026 hingga 23:59 malam, 20hb Mei 2026 untuk Semenanjung Malaysia dan 00:00 pagi, 30hb April 2026 hingga 23:59 malam, 27hb Mei 2026 untuk Sabah, Sarawak dan Labuan [“Tempoh Kempen”]. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk memendekkan atau memanjangkan Tempoh Peraduan tanpa sebarang notis.

2. Semua penyertaan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan dibatalkan.

SYARAT KELAYAKAN

1. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua peserta yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas (pada 23hb April 2026) yang merupakan pelanggan prabayar dan/atau pasca bayar telco di Malaysia.

2. Kumpulan orang berikut tidak layak untuk menyertai Peraduan ini:

1. 1. kakitangan Pihak Penganjur dan ahli-ahli keluarga terdekat mereka (termasuk pasangan, anak, ibu bapa, adik beradik lelaki atau perempuan, termasuk pasangan mereka); dan

1. 2. wakil, kakitangan, agen, pengedar-pengedar, agensi-agensi pengiklanan dan promosi Pihak Penganjur (termasuk pasangan, anak, ibu bapa, adik beradik lelaki atau perempuan, termasuk pasangan mereka).

MEKANISME PERADUAN

1. Untuk menyertai Peraduan, para peserta mesti:
   1. Membeli mana-mana produk Safi Youth Gold dengan jumlah nilai produk RM30 dan ke atas dalam satu (1) resit jualan tunggal di mana-mana kedai Watsons termasuk e-stor semasa Tempoh Peraduan. Setiap satu (1) resit jualan tunggal tersebut melayakkan peserta untuk satu (1) penyerahan sahaja.
   2. Hantar satu gambar resit jualan penuh dan taip (Nama seperti dalam KP atau Pasport)<jarak>(No. KP Baru 12 digit or No. Pasport)<jarak>(No. Telefon) dan WhatsApp ke +6011 5379 0956

1. 3. Simpan SEMUA resit jualan bercetak asal (bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan) yang sepadan dengan SEMUA penyertaan yang dihantar SEPANJANG Tempoh Peraduan sebagai bukti pembelian. Hanya resit jualan bercetak sah (termasuk e-resit bercetak daripada pembelian online) yang bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan dengan nama pasar raya/kedai dan butiran produk Safi Youth Gold yang jelas akan diterima.

2. Penyertaan berganda dibenarkan untuk setiap peserta tetapi setiap penyertaan perlu unik dengan resit yang lain. Contoh : Peserta tidak boleh menyertai 2 kali dengan resit yang sama.

3. Pihak Penganjur dan syarikat-syarikat yang terlibat dalam Peraduan ini tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kelewatan, kegagalan penghantaran dan/atau gangguan mesej di WhatsApp dan syarikat-syarikat ini juga tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang penggunaan butiran pelanggan yang tidak dibenarkan sepanjang Peraduan ini.

PEMILIHAN PEMENANG-PEMENANG

1. Lima Puluh Enam (56) pemenang akan dipilih menerima hadiah. Hanya peserta yang memenuhi Terma dan Syarat akan layak menjadi pemenang. Peserta yang gagal memenuhi mana-mana Terma dan Syarat secara automatik akan hilang kelayakan daripada Peraduan tanpa notis.

2. Pemenang akan ditentukan dengan nama rawak yang dipilih daripada kumpulan peserta yang layak oleh Pengurusan Peraduan dan keputusan muktamad akan dibuat oleh Pihak Penganjur.
    
3. Nama para pemenang yang layak akan dikumpul dan diumumkan oleh pihak Penganjur di laman web berikut: www.facebook.com/SAFI.MY (atau mana-mana laman web yang ditentukan oleh pihak Penganjur) dan para pemenang yang layak kemudian akan dihubungi melalui telefon/emel dalam tempoh enam (6) hingga lapan (8) minggu selepas 27hb Mei 2026 dan diwajibkan memberi resit jualan asal yang sepadan dengan penyertaan yang menang sebagai bukti sebelum disahkan sebagai pemenang. Sekiranya peserta tidak dapat dihubungi pada cubaan pertama, contohnya, tidak menjawab telefon, nombor telefon tiada dalam perkhidmatan, tiada sambungan, dan lain-lain, tiga (3) cubaan lain akan dibuat lagi dalam tempoh 24 jam yang berikutnya selepas cubaan pertama. Sekiranya percubaan-percubaan ini tidak berhasil, kelayakan peserta akan dibatalkan. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya peserta-peserta tidak dapat dihubungi atas sebarang sebab.

4. Para pemenang yang layak dikehendaki untuk mengemukakan (i) resit jualan asal dan (ii) salinan KP sebagai bukti pembelian dan identiti semasa pungutan hadiah di tempat pertemuan yang ditetapkan oleh Penganjur. Sekiranya gagal, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakannya dan memilih peserta seterusnya sebagai pemenang.

HADIAH-HADIAH PERADUAN

1. Hadiah Peraduan:

Hadiah Utama x 6 pemenang : SATU (1) UNIT Baucar Tunai SHE DAZZLE bernilai RM1,000 dan Produk Safi Youth Gold bernilai RM300 untuk setiap pemenang

Hadiah Saguhati x 50 pemenang : SATU (1) UNIT Baucar Tunai SHE DAZZLE bernilai RM100 untuk setiap pemenang

2. Kesemua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari selepas tarikh pengumuman kemenangan hadiah. Sekiranya Pihak Penganjur mengadakan upacara majlis penyampaian hadiah, setiap pemenang dikehendaki untuk menghadiri atas perbelanjaan sendiri untuk menuntut hadiah. Hadiah-hadiah yang gagal dituntut tiga puluh (30) hari selepas tarikh pengumuman, maka hadiah akan dilucutkan oleh Pihak Penganjur secara automatik.

3. Setiap peserta hanya layak untuk memenangi satu (1) hadiah sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.

HAK-HAK PIHAK PENGANJUR

1. Pihak Penganjur berhak atas budibicara mutlaknya untuk menambah atau mengurangkan bilangan hadiah atau menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah-hadiah lain yang sama nilainya tanpa sebarang notis. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik, tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukar untuk wang tunai atau apa-apa format atas sebarang sebab.

2. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, membatal atau mengubahsuai Terma dan Syarat Peraduan atau membatalkan Peraduan ini tanpa memberi sebarang notis terlebih dahulu dan para peserta dianggap telah bersetuju dengan segala perubahan tersebut.

3. Keputusan Pihak Penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat, rayuan atau bantahan tidak akan dilayan. Peserta mengaku janji tidak akan menuntut atau mengambil apa-apa tindakan terhadap Pihak Penganjur mengenai Peraduan ini.

4. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan atau menangguhkan Peraduan pada bila-bila masa dengan atau tanpa memberi sebarang notis dan alasan terlebih dahulu. Peserta tidak layak untuk menuntut sebarang tuntutan atau pampasan untuk sebarang kerugian yang dialami atau ditanggung sebagai akibat langsung atau tidak langsung daripada pembatalan, penamatan atau penangguhhan Peraduan oleh Pihak Penganjur.

LAIN-LAIN

1. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, setiap peserta harus bersetuju untuk mematuhi Terma dan Syarat Peraduan yang ditetapkan serta segala keputusan muktamad Pihak Penganjur.

2. Para pemenang akan menanggung liabiliti dan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan kepada barang atau tuntutan akibat penyertaan dalam Tempoh Peraduan ini.

3. Terma dan Syarat disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan di antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.

4. Terma dan Syarat ini hendaklah tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia.

NOTIS PRIVASI

1. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta memberi keizinan untuk memberi maklumat peribadinya dan Pihak Penganjur berhak menyiarkan, menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar pemenang serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang bayaran pampasan mahupun pemberitahuan dan setiap peserta melepaskan hak untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan ke atas penggunaan penyertaan tersebut oleh Pihak Penganjur.

2. Pihak Penganjur mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang boleh dikenal pasti untuk memberi perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan atau untuk berhubung dengan peserta. Maklumat ini disimpan oleh Pihak Penganjur dalam kaedah yang sesuai dengan data tersebut dan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan peserta. Dengan mengemukakan maklumat peribadi peserta, pihak Penganjur menganggap bahawa keizinan telah diberi kepada Pihak Penganjur dan/atau agen-agen yang dilantik olehnya untuk menggunakan maklumat ini untuk tujuan pemasaran dan promosi yang kini dan di masa hadapan serta untuk menambahbaikan produk-produk dan perkhidmatannya.  Maklumat peserta tidak akan diberi atau dikongsi dengan syarikat-syarikat/rakan-rakan lain untuk kegunaan bebas mereka.

Di bawah PDPA, terdapat beberapa syarat yang mengawal pemprosesan data peribadi anda sebagai individu. Ia memaklumkan anda tentang hak-hak anda di bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh anda untuk melaksanakan hak-hak tersebut dan akibatnya, dan secara khususnya:-

1. Bahawa kami [“Penganjur”] mengumpul data peribadi daripada penyertaan anda;
2. Data peribadi anda dikumpul untuk Peraduan;
3. Anda mempunyai hak untuk  mengakses dan membetulkan data peribadi anda;
4. Data peribadi anda akan dikongsi dengan agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan pemprosesan;
5. Data peribadi anda akan diguna untuk tujuan Peraduan sahaja;
6. Data peribadi yang diminta adalah wajib, dan jika maklumat yang diberikan tidak lengkap, penyertaan anda tidak akan diterima;
7. Sekiranya anda telah disahkan sebagai Pemenang, sebarang perubahan kepada data peribadi anda harus dimaklumkan kepada Penganjur.

Terms and conditions for Beli s Menang e-Duit Raya Bersama Safi

I (“Participant”) hereby confirmed that I have read, acknowledged my understanding, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. SAFI Malaysia is the organiser of the Beli C Menang e-Duit Raya Bersama Safi. This Contest starts on 16 February 2026, 00:00 and ends on 17 April 2026, 23:59 (“Contest Period”).
2. This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above, except the directors, employees, and immediate family members of SAFI Malaysia including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies (each referred to herein as a participant). Immediate family members refer to spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law, and siblings.
3. Contest Period: 16 February 2026 to 17 April 2026
   
    

PARTICIPATION METHOD

1. 1. To participate in this Contest, an eligible Participant shall, during the Contest Period, do the following:
      1. Purchase any Safi products in a single sales receipt worth RM 15 at any

outlets (instore or official online stores) within the Campaign Period, Scan QR code or direct to WhatsApp (011-69784435) for submission of particulars and proof of purchase.

1. 1. 2. One (1) such single sales receipt entitles each Participant to one (1) submission.
      3. Participant shall receive validation message within 48 hours.
      4. Retain ALL original printed sales receipts (dated within the Campaign Period) as per ALL the entries sent THROUGHOUT the Campaign Period as proof of purchase. Only valid printed sales receipts (including printed e-receipts from online purchases) dated within the Campaign Period with a clear outlet name and details of Safi products will be accepted.

Internal Use

CONTEST PRIZES

1. All Participant stands a chance to win a maximum of one final draw (1) contest prize, one weekly prize, and maximum 10 redemptions only throughout the contest period.
   • Grand Prize: 10 winners of RM1,000 Touch ‘N Go Reload Pin
   • Weekly Prize: 50 winners of RM100 Touch ‘N Go Reload Pin
   • Instant Redemption of RM 5 Touch N Go Reload Pin

2. SAFI Malaysia may at its sole discretion, substitute any prizes with any item of similar value. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The estimated value of the prizes is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
3. SAFI Malaysia shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the prizes offered and published in any mass media, marketing, or advertising materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAFI Malaysia makes no representations and/or warranties with respect to any prizes provided under the Contest. In particular, SAFI Malaysia gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability, quality of the prizes or their suitability for any purpose.
4. SAFI Malaysia reserves the right to determine the delivery or collection (whichever applicable) arrangements of the prizes for the winner. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide a correct, valid, and complete address. SAFI Malaysia shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of any prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, SAFI Malaysia shall not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss to the prizes during the delivery and acceptance of the prizes and shall not accept delivery of any prizes returned by the winner for whatsoever reason. SAFI Malaysia shall further not be responsible for any prizes that are defective, lost, damaged, or stolen.

WINNERS SELECTION

1. The winners will be selected by random draw from the total number of entries accumulated during the Contest Period.
2. Winners of this Contest will be contacted through contact details provided by our representative from Edense Sdn Bhd.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. SAFI Malaysia appointed Edense Sdn Bhd as our appointed contest management agency and reserves the right to vary the announcement date due to, including but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances if favourable response, etc. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a participant and/or any other prize recipients, SAFI Malaysia reserves the right to decide on such issue(s), and its decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the relevant participant.
2. SAFI Malaysia’s determination of the participants shall be final, conclusive, and binding. If the winner (or any alternate winner) cannot be contacted, the winner shall be deemed not to win this prize. If edense sdn bhd has attempted to contact the winner and alternate winners and are unable to provide prizes to the winners, then SAFI Malaysia shall consider this prize as an unclaimed prize and shall thereafter deal with the prize in any manner that it deems fit. No correspondences shall be entertained.
3. By participating in this Contest, participants will be deemed to (i) have consented to SAFI Malaysia and/or its sponsor (if any) to use any participant information which includes but it is not limited to their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Contest (including any outcome), or future advertising and publicity purposes, unless otherwise notified in writing to SAFI Malaysia and (ii) have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
4. SAFI Malaysia reserves the right to make additions, amendments, modifications to this Contest and its related promotional materials, and/or cancel or suspend this Contest from time to time without prior notice.
5. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, SAFI Malaysia (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the SAFI Malaysia control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the SAFI Malaysia) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the SAFI Malaysia; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Contest is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the SAFI Malaysia; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (g) use of the prize.
6. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner be required to sign and return to edense sdn bhd any legal documentation in the form required by SAFI Malaysia and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

7. SAFI Malaysia collects personal information in order to conduct this Contest and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties (located within and beyond Malaysia), including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Malaysian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. SAFI Malaysia may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update, or correct information to SAFI Malaysia. All submissions become the property of SAFI Malaysia.
8. SAFI Malaysia makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prizes or other items furnished by third parties in connection with this Contest.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH ITEMS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SAFI Malaysia HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES,

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

9. SAFI Malaysia is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, of any means communication, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, any website or application, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services, used in connection with this Contest.

Terma dan Syarat Beli s Menang e-Duit Raya Bersama Safi

Saya (“Peserta”) dengan ini mengesahkan bahawa saya telah membaca, memahami, dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat berikut:

1. Penganjur s Tempoh Peraduan
   1. SAFI Malaysia ialah penganjur Beli s Menang e-Duit Raya Bersama Safi (“Peraduan”). Peraduan ini bermula pada 16 Februari 2026, jam 00:00 dan berakhir pada 17 April 2026, jam 23:5G (“Tempoh Peraduan”).
   2. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara Malaysia berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas, kecuali pengarah, pekerja, dan ahli keluarga terdekat SAFI Malaysia termasuk syarikat bersekutu dan/atau berkaitan, pengedar, agensi pengiklanan dan promosi. Ahli keluarga terdekat merujuk kepada pasangan, anak-anak, ibu bapa, ibu bapa mentua, dan adik-beradik.
   3. Tempoh Peraduan: 16 Februari 2026 hingga 17 April 2026.

Cara Penyertaan

1. Untuk menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta yang layak hendaklah, dalam Tempoh Peraduan:
   1. Membeli mana-mana produk Safi dalam satu resit jualan bernilai RM15 di mana-mana premis (kedai fizikal atau kedai dalam talian rasmi). Peserta perlu mengimbas kod QR atau terus ke WhatsApp (011-6G784435) untuk menghantar maklumat peribadi dan bukti pembelian.
   2. Satu (1) resit jualan melayakkan Peserta untuk satu (1) penyertaan.
   3. Peserta akan mendapat mesej validasi dalam tempoh 48 jam.
   4. Menyimpan SEMUA resit jualan asal bercetak (bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan) bagi SEMUA penyertaan yang dihantar sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan sebagai bukti pembelian. Hanya resit jualan bercetak yang sah (termasuk e-resit bercetak daripada pembelian dalam talian) dengan nama premis yang jelas dan butiran produk Safi akan diterima.

1. Setiap Peserta berpeluang memenangi maksimum:
   • o Satu (1) Hadiah Cabutan Akhir,

   • Maksimum 10 penebusan sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.

2. SAFI Malaysia berhak, mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya, menggantikan mana- mana hadiah dengan hadiah lain yang bernilai setara. Semua hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik, ditukar, atau ditebus dalam bentuk lain. Hadiah diberikan atas

dasar “seadanya”.

3. SAFI Malaysia tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang salah tafsiran

berkaitan hadiah yang diterbitkan dalam mana-mana bahan media, pemasaran, atau pengiklanan.

4. Pengaturan penghantaran atau pengambilan hadiah akan ditentukan oleh SAFI Malaysia. Peserta bertanggungjawab memastikan maklumat alamat yang

diberikan adalah tepat dan lengkap. SAFI Malaysia tidak bertanggungjawab atas kegagalan penerimaan hadiah atau sebarang kerosakan, kehilangan, atau kecurian hadiah.

Pemilihan Pemenang

1. Pemenang akan dipilih melalui cabutan rawak daripada semua penyertaan yang diterima sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
2. Pemenang akan dihubungi melalui maklumat perhubungan yang diberikan oleh wakil daripada Edense Sdn Bhd.
