Terms & Conditions for Wardah x Watsons Top Spender Contest September
- General Terms
- By participating in this contest, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Pharmacore Technology and Innovation Sdn. Bhd. (“Organizer”) is the organizer of the Wardah x Watsons Top Spender Contest (“Contest”). The Contest starts on 1st September 2025, 00:01 hr and ends on 30th September 2025, 23:59 hr (“Period”).
- The Contest is open to all Watsons members aged 18 years and above with a valid MyKad, except for directors, employees, and immediate family members of the Organizer, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies. Immediate family members include spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law, and siblings.
- Participation Method
- To participate, an eligible participant must, during the Contest Period:
- Purchase RM 100 and above (online only) using a Watsons member card.
- Keep the valid original sales receipt(s) as Proof of Purchase.
- The winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram by Wardah’s Official
Account and required to submit the receipt(s) with the following details:
- Full name per NRIC
- NRIC number (for verification)
- Each entry must be supported by the required Proof of Purchase, and only original printed receipts with proper item descriptions will be accepted.
- Participants may submit multiple entries, but purchases must be made during the Contest Period.
- Contest Prizes Grand Prize (1 winner):
ª.‘˙˛ 3·~.~ 50,000 Watsons points (worth RM250)
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prizes with a similar item of equal value. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any issues arising with the prizes once they have been awarded.
- Winner Selection & Announcement
- The top spender and consolation winners on Wardah products will be shortlisted. The winner will be selected based on the highest total spending.
- The winners will be announced on Watsons Malaysia’s official social media channels by October 2025, and the Wardah’s Official Instagram account will contact the winners via direct message.
- If a shortlisted winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts within 24 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select the next highest spender.
- If the winner cancels, they may lose the prize entirely without compensation. The prize cannot be transferred, rescheduled, or exchanged for cash. The organizer may ban the winner from participating in future contests or promotions.
- Miscellaneous
- The Organizer is not responsible for any travel restrictions, visa requirements, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the trip.
- By participating, participants consent to the use of their names, photos, and other details for promotional purposes.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the contest terms, extend or cancel the contest, or modify the prize without prior notice.
