ONE® Spend & Win Campaign Terms & Conditions

Organizer and Eligibility

1. The ONE® Spend & Win Campaign [“Campaign”] is organized by Karex Industries Sdn. Bhd. [“the Organizer”] and is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years old and above as of 20^th of February 2024[each “Participant” and collectively, the “Participants”]. The Organizer reserves the right to request for identification document as proof and for the purpose of verifying the identity of a Participant.

2. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organizer, including their own affiliated family members, shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.

3. The Organizer shall reserve the right to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who do not fall within the category of Participants and/or who are in breach of the Campaign Terms & Conditions.

4. Valid for purchase(s) of any ONE® products from our exclusive Retailer: Watsons Stores Malaysia [each “Retailer” and collectively, the “Retailers”] and E-Tailer: Watsons Online Malaysia [each “E-tailer” and collectively, the “E-tailers”] only.

Duration

1. The Campaign will run from 20^th February 2024 to 18^th March 2024 [“the Campaign Period”]. The Organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Campaign Period and/or cancel/terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.

Qualifying Criteria and Digital Submission

1. To participate in the Campaign, Participants must spend a minimum of RM30 or more on any ONE® products in a single receipt during the Campaign Period. Participants must retain receipt(s) from Watsons Stores Malaysia or Watsons Online Malaysia.

2. Bonus Entries:

Participants who include ONE® UltraFeel Condoms 10’s or ONE® Personal Lubricant Oasis™ (60 ml) or ONE® Personal Lubricant Move™ (60 ml) in the same receipt with a qualifying purchase of RM30 or more at Watsons Stores Malaysia or Watsons Online Malaysia will automatically earn 2 entries.

3. One receipt is entitled to one entry. Participants can submit multiple entries to increase the chance of being drawn.

4. Participants are required to send Digital Submission(s) [each “Digital Submission” and collectively, the “Digital Submissions”] via WhatsApp +6013-679 2445 with photos and/or images of eligible receipt(s) accompanied by the following message:

5. Digital Submissions with incomplete, illegible and/or inaccurate details will be required to resubmit the Digital Submission within three (3) working days upon notification from the Organizer. Should there be no reply from the Participant after three (3) working days, entry will be forfeited and will not be entitled for the Campaign. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Participants will be notified via WhatsApp when an accurate, complete, and successful Digital Submission is made.

6. The Organizer is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.

Prize & Winners Selection Process

1. Total of eighteen (18) prizes to be given to lucky winners during the Contest Period. Winners will be picked randomly.

2. Winner announcements will be made within fourteen (14) working days from end of campaign on WhatsApp, ONE Condoms MY Facebook & ONE® Condoms Malaysia Instagram.

Prize Collection Process

1. Winners will be contacted via Email or WhatsApp.

2. The prizes will be delivered to the winner’s shipping address within fourteen (14) working days upon the winner’s announcement.

3. The Touch 'n Go Reload Pin will be sent via Email or WhatsApp to the winners upon successful redemption.

4. In the event that the Organizer is unable to reach the winners after three (3) attempts, a new winner will be selected.

Liability and Responsibility

1. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event of non-receipts or delayed redemption of the Prizes to the Winners. Winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing for all the Prizes and the terms and conditions of the delivery of the Prizes, if any.

2. Winners and/or their heirs shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in the Redemption and/or utilization of the Prize and agree to release and hold the Organizer free and harmless of any liability.

3. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Campaign and to redeem the Prizes is the sole responsibility of the Winners.

Rights of the Organizer

1. The Organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the Prizes Winners’ selection process contained herein at any time without prior notice. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.

2. The Organizer reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the colour of the Grand Prize.

4. The Prizes are non-transferable, and all Prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit and other items or voucher in part or in full.

5. By participating, all Winners agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights thereto shall belong to the Organizer and each Winner consents to the collection, use, processing and/or disclosure by the Organizer any and all of the Winners’ personal information including without limitation the

Winners’ name, photograph or image for purposes of the Campaign, including advertising, publicity, marketing and promotional activities conducted in such manner as the Organizer sees fit, in any media and without additional compensation, notification or permission, and any other activities that are ancillary to the Campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership and/or other forms of compensation for the materials.

Privacy Notice

1. By participating in the campaign, you consent to Karex Industries Sdn. Bhd. and any of its holding, subsidiary or related companies as defined in the Companies Act 1965 and service providers, agents and contractors who provide administrative and business support to us and act on our behalf (“Authorized Third Parties”) (collectively “Organizer”, “us”, “we” or “our") to process your personal information

provided in the Digital Submission for purposes of the campaign in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The personal information required may include, but is not limited to, the following:

   2. Participants’ NRIC
   3. Participants’ mailing address
   4. Participants’ e-mail address
   5. Participants’ mobile number

2. The Organizer may also use your personal information for the purpose of contacting and sending to you marketing and promotional information or materials about our products, services, any promotions, events or campaigns organized by the Organizer. To opt-out of marketing and promotional information or materials from the Organizer, click the “unsubscribe” button when/if you receive an email from ONE® Condoms.

3. In the event that you agree to share and disclose personal information of a person whom you intend to refer to the Organizer, you acknowledge that you have obtained the consent of that person to shareand disclose his/her personal information to us and to being contacted by us.

4. In respect of minors or individuals not legally competent to give consent, you confirm that they have appointed you to act for them and to consent on their behalf to the processing of their personal information in accordance with this privacy notice.
