FLAVETTES “C You On Stage” CONTEST

1. FLAVETTES “C You On Stage” CONTEST (hereafter known as “Contest”) is organised by Duopharma Distribution Sdn.Bhd. (hereafter known as “Organiser”) and is open to all Malaysian citizens and foreign residents age 18 and above EXCEPT:
   1. The employees, affiliates, associates and servants of Duopharma Biotech Berhad and its Group of Companies (“Duopharma Group of Companies”) and their immediate families;
   2. Advertising, media, promotions, event management and public relations agencies.
2. Contest starts from 5^th Sep 2025 and ends on 28^th Nov 2025 (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any given time without prior notice. All entries must be received on or before 2359 hours (Malaysian time) on 28^th Nov 2025. Entries received after the Contest Period ended will not be accepted.

3. Qualifying Criteria & Submission of Entry
   1. To purchase any Flavettes products in Watsons Retail or Online Store for RM 60 or above.
   2. To be able to proof the purchase of items through receipts or e-receipts/invoice.
   3. To be able to proof the Flavettes product is purchased by a Watsons member, by showing it in the purchase receipt with Watsons membership number.
   4. To submit the purchase receipt to Flavettes WhatsApp number: 017-4322330.
       

4. Winners Selection & Announcement
   1. Winner is selected by random, lucky draw basis.
   2. Multiple entry is allowed.
   3. Winner is selected based on the Watsons membership number recorded.
   4. Winners will be contacted personally with the provided contact number within 14 working days from the end date of the Contest
   5. If any Winner could not be contacted after THREE (3) attempts for THREE (3) consecutive days, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify such Winner and the next qualified Winner(s) will be selected.
       
5. Liability and Responsibility
   1. The Organizer, their directors, officers and/ employees shall not be held responsible for an cost incurred, liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever in connection with or arising out of the Contest, redemption and/or utilization of the Prize.

Contestants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any cost incurred, liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or utilization of the Prize.

1. 2. All recording, transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or other expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem to the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Contestant.

1. 3. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected submissions including submissions not received by the Organizers or delays in the delivery entry due to postal or any other reasons.
   4. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, lost or misdirected delivery of the prize/prizes to the winners or any other reasons.

6. Rights of the Organizer
   1. The Organizer reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to:
      1. Vary, amend, delete and/or change any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including not limited to the eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria) and all Contestants shall be bound by such amendments, deletions and/or additions when effected; and
      2. Vary, withdraw and/or cancel the Contest (including but not limited to substituting the Prize) without prior notice and without having to disclose a reason thereof and without compensation or payment whatsoever.
   2. The Organizer and/or its appointed judges’s decision shall be final, binding and

conclusive and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.

1. 3. The Prize are strictly non-transferable. The Organizer had the absolute discretion to forfeit the Prize of disqualify any Contestant from participating in the Contest and to replace the Prize with other prize of equivalent value.

7. Privacy Notice :
   1. By participating in the Contest, the Contestant hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent for their information (including but not limited to names, NRIC/passport numbers and/or photographs) (“Information”) to be processed by the Organizers and any of their holding, subsidiary or related companies and service providers, agents and contractors who provide administrative and business support to the Organizer and act on its behalf to process the Contestant’s information provided in the entry form for the purpose of this Contest. This includes marketing (market survey and trend analysis), publicity, commercial or trade, economic efficiency and administration purposes without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.

Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta dengan ini bersetuju tanpa syarat membenarkan maklumat mereka (termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada nama, nombor kad pengenalan/passport dan/atau gambar) diproses oleh Penganjur dan syarikat induk, anak syarikat atau ahli gabungan, penyedia perkhidmatan, ejen, dan kontraktor yang menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran dan perniagaan kepada Penganjur dan bertindak bagi pihak Penganjur dalam memproses maklumat peserta bagi tujuan Peraduan ini. Ini termasuk bagi tujuan pemasaran, (tinjauan pasaran dan analisis trend), publisiti, komersial atau dagangan, kecekapan ekonomi dan pentadbiran tanpa pampasan bagi tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti.
