TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Contest Rules
   1. This Contest will be governed by these Contest Rules. Each Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood the Contest Rules and by their participation in the Contest, each Participant agrees to be bound by the Contest Rules.
   2. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Contest Rules, including to change the Contest Period, make prize substitutions, cancel, terminate, or suspend any prize or Contest in whole or in part.
   3. You agree that your submission of an entry shall constitute your acceptance of the Contest Rules, as may be amended, or revised from time to time by the Organiser.
   4. Where any communications pertaining to this Contest are prepared in English and any other language(s), in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the other versions, the English version shall prevail and govern in all respects.
       

2. Eligibility
   1. This Contest is open only to Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia, who are competent to contract under the Contracts Act 1950 and aged 18 years and above as at the start of the Contest Period. The Organiser reserves the right to request for identification documents to prove eligibility of a participant.
   2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest:
      1. Employees of the Organiser and its group of companies and their spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses (“Immediate Family Members”).
3. 1. 2. Employees of the Organiser’s agencies associated with the Contest and their Immediate Families Members.
      3. All employees and individuals commercially connected to the Organiser’s distributors and agencies and their Immediate Family Members; or

3. Entry Method
   1. To participate in the Contest, participants must purchase any derma participating brands products in a single receipt during Contest Period, only in Watsons Malaysia. Each receipt (“proof of purchase”) can only be used once and considered as one (1) valid contest entry only.
   2. To enter the contest, participants must:
      1. Step 1: Purchase any participating derma brands products in a single receipt during Contest Period at Watsons in Malaysia.
      2. Step 2: Swipe your Watsons member card dated within the Contest Period. The POP dated before or after the Contest Period shall be disqualified.
      3. Step 3: Three (3) top spenders will be shortlisted as winners to win prizes as below:
         1. Grand Prize x 1 : Clear Pro DPL NRI Beauty Device 1s worth RM5,999
         2. Second Prize x 1: Reglow LED Face Mask 1s worth RM5,000
         3. Third Prize x 1: Air 10 IPL Hair Removal Device 1s worth RM3,599

1. 3. The valid submission will be tabulated at the end of Contest Period, Top three (3) Participants with highest purchased submission of Eucerin products will be declared as a winner.

4. Prizes
   1. Total three (3) participants with the highest accumulated purchase amount (RM) of derma participating brands during the Contest Period will be qualified as Top Spenders (“Winners”).
   2. Participants may submit multiple entries with different proof of purchase to increase chances of winning. Each participant is entitled to one (1) prize only.
   3. Prizes for this contest are as follows:
      • Grand Prize x 1 : Clear Pro DPL NRI Beauty Device 1s worth RM5,999
      • Second Prize x 1: Reglow LED Face Mask 1s worth RM5,000
      • Third Prize x 1: Air 10 IPL Hair Removal Device 1s worth RM3,599 Total prizes worth RM14,598 x 3 winners
   4. The prizes cannot be exchanged for money in the form of cash, cheque, bank draft or equivalent.
   5. All winners will be contacted through phone number in the form of call or SMS after the contest ends. All winners will be required to submit their contact details including full name, mobile number, email address and other necessary details for verification purpose.

1. 6. The Organiser’s decision on winner’s selection is final and binding on all participants and no correspondence, appeals, enquiries on the subject, whether verbal or written, shall be entertained.
   7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable in any other forms subject to such terms and conditions, which the Organiser may, in its sole discretion, impose. The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, exchange or substitute the Prizes to another of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.
   8. The Organiser reserves the right to determine how unredeemed prizes will be dealt with. The Organiser, its agents, sponsors, and representatives shall not be liable to the Participant who defaults in collecting the prize as instructed by the Organiser.
   9. Any additional costs, including any applicable taxes, shall be borne by the winning Participant.
   10. A Participant can only entitle for 1 prize per MyKad throughout the Contest Period.
   11. The Organiser retains the right to forfeit or substitute any prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
   12. All the Organiser’s decisions in connection with this Contest shall be final, conclusive, and binding. Any correspondence shall not be entertained.
   13. All entries received past the Contest Period shall automatically be disqualified.

5. Privacy Notice

1. 1. By participating in this Contest, all Participants agree and consent to allow their personal data being collected, processed and used by the Organiser in accordance to the Organiser’s Privacy Notice.
2. 2. In addition, and without prejudice to the terms in the Organiser’s Privacy Notice, Participants agree and consent to their personal date or information being collected, processed, and used by the Organiser for:
      1. the purposes of this Contest (or Campaign).

5. 1. 2. marketing and promotional activities conducted in such manner as the Organiser see fit in any media including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from the Participants. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, as well responses and related photographs
6. General Terms and Conditions
   1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions contained herein including but not limited to the Contest Period, where necessary for legal, technical or commercial reasons and any such amendments shall be effective upon posting on the Eucerin Malaysia’s Facebook page.
   2. For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Contest by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants(s) to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
   3. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest, including but not limited to the eligibility to participate, the selection of the Participants for this Contest, shall be final and binding. No further correspondence, appeals, protests or attempts to dispute the same shall be entertained.
   4. This Contest is not organized by or associated with Facebook. All Participants, however, agree to comply with all rules and regulations as may be imposed by Facebook in respect of any posting thereon.
