Terms & Conditions of the Dashing Superman x Watsons June'25 Contest
INTRODUCTION
- The “Dashing Superman x Watsons June’25” Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Wipro Unza (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd (“Organiser”) and is subject to the Terms and Conditions herein.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
- The Contest will run from 00:00am, 29th May 2025 to 23:59pm, 2nd July 2025 (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone, shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice.
- All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY
- The Contest is open to all participants above 18 years of age (as at 00:00am, 29th May 2025) who are subscribers of prepaid and/or postpaid services of telco in Malaysia (“Participants”).
- The following group of persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest:
- Employees of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters, including their spouses); and/or
- Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of distributors, advertising and promotion agencies or all such related parties of the Organiser, including their affiliated or related companies, and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters, including their spouses).
CONTEST MECHANISM
- To participate in the Contest, each Participant must:
- Purchase any Dashing products with total worth of RM30 and above in a single sales receipt at any Watsons outlets including e-stores within the Contest Period. One (1) such single sales receipt entitles each Participant to one (1) submission.
- Send a clear photo of the full single sales receipt and type (Name as per NRIC or Passport)

- Retain ALL original printed sales receipts (dated within the Contest Period) as per ALL the entries sent THROUGHOUT the Contest Period as proof of purchase. Only valid printed sales receipts (including printed e-receipts from online purchases) dated within the Contest Period with a clear outlet name and details of Dashing products will be accepted.
- Multiple entries are allowed per Participant but all entries have to be unique with different receipts. Eg. Participants cannot enter 2 times with the same receipt.
- The Organiser and the companies involved in the Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of the WhatsApp submission sent and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the Participants’ details in conjunction with the Contest.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
- One Hundred (100) winners will be selected in accordance with the terms herein and will receive the prize. Only Participants who fulfill the Contest Mechanism stated above will be eligible to be the winners. Participants who fail to fulfill the Contest Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice.
- Winners will be determined by randomized name selected from the pool of eligible participants by the Organiser.
- Eligible prize winners will be contacted by the Organiser via telephone/email within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from 2nd July 2025 and shall be required to provide the original printed sales receipt that matches the winning entry as proof of purchase before being declared as winners. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible prize winner fails, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another three (3) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours from the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next eligible prize winner. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the eligible prize winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
- The chosen eligible prize winner is required to present: (i) the original printed sales receipts; and (ii) a photocopy of NRIC as proof of purchase and identity during prize collection at the designated meet-up point provided by the Organiser. Failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the eligible prize winner and find the next eligible winner as replacement.
PRIZE
- The contest prize:
Prize x 100 winners : ONE (1) PAIR of GSC Movie Tickets for each winner
- All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the date of notification of winnings. In the event the Organiser organises a prize-giving ceremony, each winner is required to attend at their own expense to claim the prize. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Organiser thirty (30) days after the date of notification of winnings.
- Each participant is eligible to only win one (1) prize during the Contest Period.
ORGANISER’S RIGHTS
- The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to increase or reduce the number of prizes or substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or in any other form for whatever reason.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time and the participants agree to be bound to such changes.
- The Organisers’ decision is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no further action will be taken against the Organiser.
- The Organiser may also at its absolute discretion cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time with or without prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the cancellation, termination or suspension.
OTHERS
- By participating in the Contest, Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out herein and decisions of the Organiser.
- Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage to belongings or claims resulting from participation in the Contest, and Participants shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser in relation to the same.
- The Terms and Conditions are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the English language version shall prevail.
- The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
PRIVACY NOTICE
- By participating in the Contest, Participants consent to giving their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish and use Participant’s names and/or photographs plus their claims for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each Participant waives their right to make any claims for the use of their claims by the Organiser.
- The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By the participant submitting personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other company or partners for their independent use.

Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) to Participants of “Dashing Superman x Watsons June’25” Contest organised by Wipro Unza (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
Dear Participants,
Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual. It informs you of your rights under the PDPA, including actions you may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular:-
- That we [“Organiser”] may collect your personal data directly through your participation in the Contest;
- Your personal data is collected and will be used for the Contest;
- You have the right to access and correct your personal data once given;
- Your personal data may be disclosed to an elected agency for processing;
- The personal data requested from you will only be used for the Contest;
- The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation in the Contest void;
- Your personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and you required to update us if there are changes to the personal data provided.

Terma dan Syarat
PENGENALAN
- Peraduan “Dashing Superman x Watsons Jun’25” [“Peraduan”] dianjurkan oleh Wipro Unza (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [“Pihak Penganjur”] dan tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat di sini.
TEMPOH PERADUAN
- Peraduan akan berlangsung dari 00:00 pagi, 29hb Mei 2025 hingga 23:59 malam, 2hb Julai 2025 [“Tempoh Peraduan”]. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk memendekkan atau memanjangkan Tempoh Peraduan tanpa sebarang notis.
- Semua penyertaan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan dibatalkan.
SYARAT KELAYAKAN
- Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua peserta yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas (pada 29hb Mei 2025) yang merupakan pelanggan prabayar dan/atau pasca bayar telco di Malaysia.
- Kumpulan orang berikut tidak layak untuk meyertai Peraduan ini:
- kakitangan Pihak Penganjur dan ahli-ahli keluarga terdekat mereka (termasuk pasangan, anak, ibu bapa, adik beradik lelaki atau perempuan, termasuk pasangan mereka); dan
- wakil, kakitangan, agen, pengedar-pengedar, agensi-agensi pengiklanan dan promosi Pihak Penganjur (termasuk pasangan, anak, ibu bapa, adik beradik lelaki atau perempuan, termasuk pasangan mereka).
MEKANISME PERADUAN
- Untuk menyertai Peraduan, para peserta mesti:
- Membeli mana-mana produk Dashing dengan jumlah nilai produk RM30 dan ke atas dalam satu (1) resit jualan tunggal di mana-mana kedai Watsons termasuk e-stor semasa Tempoh Peraduan. Setiap satu (1) resit jualan tunggal tersebut melayakkan peserta untuk satu (1) penyerahan sahaja.
- Hantar satu gambar resit jualan penuh dan taip (Nama seperti dalam KP atau Pasport)

- Simpan SEMUA resit jualan bercetak asal (bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan) yang sepadan dengan SEMUA penyertaan yang dihantar SEPANJANG Tempoh Peraduan sebagai bukti pembelian. Hanya resit jualan bercetak sah (termasuk e-resit bercetak daripada pembelian online) yang bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan dengan nama pasar raya/kedai dan butiran produk Dashing yang jelas akan diterima.
- Penyertaan berganda dibenarkan untuk setiap peserta tetapi setiap penyertaan perlu unik dengan resit yang lain. Contoh : Peserta tidak boleh menyertai 2 kali dengan resit yang sama.
- Pihak Penganjur dan syarikat-syarikat yang terlibat dalam Peraduan ini tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kelewatan, kegagalan penghantaran dan/atau gangguan mesej di WhatsApp dan syarikat-syarikat ini juga tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang penggunaan butiran pelanggan yang tidak dibenarkan sepanjang Peraduan ini.
PEMILIHAN PEMENANG-PEMENANG
- Seratus (100) pemenang akan dipilih menerima hadiah. Hanya peserta yang memenuhi Terma dan Syarat akan layak menjadi pemenang. Peserta yang gagal memenuhi mana-mana Terma dan Syarat secara automatik akan hilang kelayakan daripada Peraduan tanpa notis.
- Pemenang akan ditentukan dengan nama rawak yang dipilih daripada kumpulan peserta yang layak oleh Pengurusan Peraduan dan keputusan muktamad akan dibuat oleh Pihak Penganjur.
- Para pemenang yang layak akan dihubungi melalui telefon/emel dalam tempoh enam (6) hingga lapan (8) minggu selepas 2hb Julai 2025 dan diwajibkan memberi resit jualan asal yang sepadan dengan penyertaan yang menang sebagai bukti sebelum disahkan sebagai pemenang. Sekiranya peserta tidak dapat dihubungi pada cubaan pertama, contohnya, tidak menjawab telefon, nombor telefon tiada dalam perkhidmatan, tiada sambungan, dan lain-lain, tiga (3) cubaan lain akan dibuat lagi dalam tempoh 24 jam yang berikutnya selepas cubaan pertama. Sekiranya percubaan-percubaan ini tidak berhasil, kelayakan peserta akan dibatalkan. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya peserta-peserta tidak dapat dihubungi atas sebarang sebab.
- Para pemenang yang layak dikehendaki untuk mengemukakan (i) resit jualan asal dan (ii) salinan KP sebagai bukti pembelian dan identiti semasa pungutan hadiah di tempat pertemuan yang ditetapkan oleh Penganjur. Sekiranya gagal, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakannya dan memilih peserta seterusnya sebagai pemenang.
HADIAH-HADIAH PERADUAN
- Hadiah Peraduan:
Hadiah x 100 pemenang : SATU (1) PASANG Tiket Wayang GSC untuk setiap pemenang
- Kesemua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari selepas tarikh pengumuman kemenangan hadiah. Sekiranya Pihak Penganjur mengadakan upacara majlis penyampaian hadiah, setiap pemenang dikehendaki untuk menghadiri atas perbelanjaan sendiri untuk menuntut hadiah. Hadiah-hadiah yang gagal dituntut tiga puluh (30) hari selepas tarikh pengumuman, maka hadiah akan dilucutkan oleh Pihak Penganjur secara automatik.
- Setiap peserta hanya layak untuk memenangi satu (1) hadiah sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
HAK-HAK PIHAK PENGANJUR
- Pihak Penganjur berhak atas budibicara mutlaknya untuk menambah atau mengurangkan bilangan hadiah atau menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah-hadiah lain yang sama nilainya tanpa sebarang notis. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik, tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukar untuk wang tunai atau apa-apa format atas sebarang sebab.
- Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, membatal atau mengubahsuai Terma dan Syarat Peraduan atau membatalkan Peraduan ini tanpa memberi sebarang notis terlebih dahulu dan para peserta dianggap telah bersetuju dengan segala perubahan tersebut.
- Keputusan Pihak Penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat, rayuan atau bantahan tidak akan dilayan. Peserta mengaku janji tidak akan menuntut atau mengambil apa-apa tindakan terhadap Pihak Penganjur mengenai Peraduan ini.
- Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan atau menangguhkan Peraduan pada bila-bila masa dengan atau tanpa memberi sebarang notis dan alasan terlebih dahulu. Peserta tidak layak untuk menuntut sebarang tuntutan atau pampasan untuk sebarang kerugian yang dialami atau ditanggung sebagai akibat langsung atau tidak langsung daripada pembatalan, penamatan atau penangguhhan Peraduan oleh Pihak Penganjur.
LAIN-LAIN
- Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, setiap peserta harus bersetuju untuk mematuhi Terma dan Syarat Peraduan yang ditetapkan serta segala keputusan muktamad Pihak Penganjur.
- Para pemenang akan menanggung liabiliti dan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan kepada barang atau tuntutan akibat penyertaan dalam Tempoh Peraduan ini.
- Terma dan Syarat disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan di antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.
- Terma dan Syarat ini hendaklah tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia.
NOTIS PRIVASI
- Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta memberi keizinan untuk memberi maklumat peribadinya dan Pihak Penganjur berhak menyiarkan, menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar pemenang serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang bayaran pampasan mahupun pemberitahuan dan setiap peserta melepaskan hak untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan ke atas penggunaan penyertaan tersebut oleh Pihak Penganjur.
- Pihak Penganjur mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang boleh dikenal pasti untuk memberi perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan atau untuk berhubung dengan peserta. Maklumat ini disimpan oleh Pihak Penganjur dalam kaedah yang sesuai dengan data tersebut dan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan peserta. Dengan mengemukakan maklumat peribadi peserta, pihak Penganjur menganggap bahawa keizinan telah diberi kepada Pihak Penganjur dan/atau agen-agen yang dilantik olehnya untuk menggunakan maklumat ini untuk tujuan pemasaran dan promosi yang kini dan di masa hadapan serta untuk menambahbaikan produk-produk dan perkhidmatannya. Maklumat peserta tidak akan diberi atau dikongsi dengan syarikat-syarikat/rakan-rakan lain untuk kegunaan bebas mereka.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
PROOF OF PARTICIPATION:
- A printed original sales receipt (dated within the Campaign Period) showing the purchase of DASHING/DASHING ELITE products worth RM80 and above in a single transaction.
- Participants may submit more than one (1) entry, but each entry must be supported by a photo of a different receipt.
- Only photos of valid, printed receipts with visible outlet names and product details will be accepted.
- Participants must submit a clear photo of the receipt, type their name as per NRIC and NRIC number via WhatsApp, and retain the original receipt for verification.
- Duplicate and reprinted receipts will not be accepted.
- Handwritten or manual receipts will not be accepted.

- The campaign runs from 00:00 (1st June 2025) to 23:59 (31st July 2025) (“Campaign Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the period without prior notice. Entries received outside the Campaign Period will be disqualified.
- Open to all individuals aged 18 years and above (as of 1st June 2025) who purchase DASHING/DASHING ELITE products worth RM80 and above.
- Purchases at GUARDIAN are eligible for the Limited-Edition Superman T-shirt.
- Purchases at other outlets (except GUARDIAN) are eligible for the Limited-Edition Superman Cap.
- Buy and get a SUPERMAN LIMITED EDITION Cap/T-shirt
- TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST:
- Purchase any DASHING / DASHING ELITE product worth RM80 in a single receipt from participating outlets.
- Submit the proof of purchase via WhatsApp or scan the QR Code provided.
- Retain the original receipt matching the WhatsApp entry.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any charges incurred in sending the WhatsApp entry, including SST or other fees.
- The Organizer is not liable for delays or interruptions in WhatsApp/social media transmissions or
- TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST:
for any unauthorized use of a participant’s mobile device/account.
- PARTICIPANTS’ SELECTION:
- Redemption is based on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to the availability of stocks.
- The eligible participants will then be contacted via WhatsApp within eight (8) weeks of the Campaign Period.
- If the first contact attempt fails (e.g., no reply, wrong number, disconnected line), another attempt will be made within two (2) days. Failure to reach the participant will result in disqualification, and another eligible participant will be selected.
- Participants must submit the original receipt (matching the WhatsApp entry), and a copy of their NRIC/passport via Pos Laju/courier within three (3) working days of notification. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
- Participants providing proof of purchase issued by chain specific outlets, if any, and once such a participant has been determined entries submitted from other participants supported with chain specific proof of purchase will no longer be entitled to get the prize. For purpose of this campaign, specific proof of purchase shall mean any proof of purchase provided by any outlet which has one or more chains and operates in Malaysia in the format of either a pharmacy, hypermarket, supermarket, sundry-store, grocers and all other such outlets.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the mode of selection of participant anytime without prior notice.
- Each participant is eligible to only win one (1) prize per receipt during the Campaign Period.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with those of similar value or any alternative item at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all prizes are non- transferable to another individual and non-negotiable.
- The organizer reserved the right to allocate the prizes accordingly.
- All prizes must be claimed at the participant’s own expense within the campaign period or no later than the date stated on the official notification. All unclaimed prizes by the date stated on the notification will be forfeited by the Organizer. Each participant is eligible to only win One Prize per receipt during the Campaign Period.
- All prizes will be fulfilled by our Agency (+6017-6384192) for participants who submit valid proof of purchase.
- The organizer reserves the right to partially allocate the prizes to a specific retail chain or region at its own discretion. For purpose of this campaign, specific retail chain shall mean any outlet which has one or more chains and operates in Malaysia in the format of either a pharmacy, hypermarket, supermarket, sundry-store, grocers and all other such outlets.
- The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to increase, remove or reduce the number of prizes or substitute any prize with that of similar value or alternative item based on the Organizer’s discretion at any time without prior notice. All prize are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or in any other form for whatever reason.
- PARTICIPANTS’ SELECTION:
- Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage to belongings or claims resulting from participation in this contest, during the delivery of the prizes and participants shall indemnify the organizer in relation to the same.
- By participating in this campaign, participants consent to giving their personal information, and the Organizer reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant waives their right to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organizer.
- By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Rules and Regulations or even cancel the contest without any prior notice at any time and the participants agree to be bound by such changes.
- Organizer’s decision is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeals, or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no further action will be taken against the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries/winners which are:
- Entry is found using the same receipt number for multiple submissions.
- Entries are found using receipts that are suspected to be fake or fraudulent.
- In the Organizer’s sole determination, it believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception
- The Organizer collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organizer and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By the participant submitting personal information, the Organizer deems that permission is given to the Organizer and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies or partners for their independent use.
- In the event if our agency couriers out prizes, the proof of delivery receipt from courier service will be final.
- By participating in this campaign, the participants permit the Organizer to reproduce, publish, communicate and/or otherwise use the entry submitted by the participants, or any part of it, in any manner and in any format, without attribution, including but not limited to the purposes of uploading and publicly displaying the entries and for the purposes of promoting this Promotion, the Organizer, and/or any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organizer, in any media.
