Terms & Conditions

Organiser and Eligibility “Schwarzkopf Roadshow Buy & Win” Contest (hereafter “Contest”) is organized by Vast Diversified Sdn Bhd, exclusive distributor of Schwarzkopf Malaysia (hereafter “The Organiser”). By participating in this Contest, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this article.

Contest Open To

1. To be eligible to participate in this Contest, entrants must be at least 18 years old, and be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia with a valid NRIC.

2. Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); and/or representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period

The Contest period runs from 7 JUNE 2023, 10.00am to – 11 JUNE 2023, 10.00pm. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest period at any time without written notice. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Participants agree to be bound to any such changes. The Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.

How to Participate

1. To participate in the Contest, participants are required to:

Step 1   : Spend RM50 on Schwarzkopf products at the Schwarzkopf Roadshow, or Watsons stores located at IOI City Mall Putrajaya, or at the Watsons website during said dates.

Step 2   :  Follow @Schwarzkopf_my on Instagram and like @Schwarzkopf Malaysia on Facebook.

Step 3   :   Head over to https://forms.gle/aqzC1r8p2TstEHfo7 and fill out the attached google form.

Note: Prizes will be repeated on a daily basis for the duration of the roadshow, and the date of purchase makes you eligible to enter the winner prize selection of the said date.

Judging Criteria

1. Winners will be selected randomly.
2. Only valid entries are to be considered. An entry is considered valid when it is submitted within the contest period and has fulfilled all required procedures as stated in the “How to Participate” section. The Organiser nonetheless reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever. Any decision from the Organiser is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Limited to one entry per receipt, any attempt to stack receipt values of any kind will not be entertained.

Winners and Prizes

1. There will be a total of 55 winners throughout the event, with 11 selected on a daily basis.
2. Daily Prizes: 
   1. 7 June 2023- 1x Airpods Pro 2^nd Generation, 10x RM25 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit
   2. 8 June 2023- 1x Airpods Pro 2^nd Generation, 10x RM25 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit
   3. 9 June 2023- 1x Airpods Pro 2^nd Generation, 10x RM25 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit
   4. 10 June 2023- 1x Airpods Pro 2^nd Generation, 10x RM25 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit
   5. 11 June 2023- 1x Airpods Pro 2^nd Generation, 10x RM25 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit

Result of the contest

1. Daily winner announcements will be made via Schwarzkopf Malaysia’s Instagram Story (@Schwarzkopf_my) the following day, at 3pm.
2. Message @schwarzkopf_my on Instagram with a screenshot of the IG story showing that you are the winner.
3. Winners will be picked by Schwarzkopf Malaysia in Schwarzkopf Malaysia HQ. There will not be a live draw and announcement.
4. The Organiser reserve the right to verify your entry with personal details such as your Name, IC number, phone number, as well as your purchase receipt.
5. The Organiser reserve the right to deny the selected prize even after a winner is announced if the entry is invalid or if the participant is unable to provide proof that the entry belongs to them.
6. In the event that the selected winner does not answer his/her contact which has been provided, or respond within 2 weeks after the winner is announced (14 days), in the sole and absolute discretion of Vast Diversified Sdn Bhd (Exclusive distributor for Schwarzkopf Malaysia), the prize will be forfeited. 
7. The Organiser has the right to change any prize without prior notice.
8. All prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. Winning entries/tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged.
10. Winners must provide their full name and identification card for verification purposes.
11. Winners are required to provide their receipt during the prize redemption to prove that the purchase of Schwarzkopf products were made at Schwarzkopf Roadshow @ IOI City Mall Putrajaya from 7^th June 2023 to 11^th June 2023.
12. Prizes should be collected at the Schwarzkopf Malaysia office located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur from Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6pm.
13. Winners have a period of 2 weeks from the contest end date to collect their prizes. If the winner is unable to collect their prize within the said time frame, the prize will be forfeited.
14. Verification is required upon collection of prizes.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy Notice

Your personal data including your name and contact details (“Personal Data”) which you have provided to Vast Diversified Sdn Bhd, exclusive distributor of Schwarzkopf Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”) in your application to participate in the Contest will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by us for purposes relating to the administration of the Contest and for related advertising, publicity, marketing and our other legitimate business purpose. Please be informed that your Personal Data & photos submitted may be disclosed to our affiliates, service providers and relevant business partners such as public relations agencies, market research firms, advertising agencies (if any) for the Purpose and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws.

Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions. No correspondence shall be entertained.

Participants will be automatically disqualified from the contest if:

1. Entries for a specific date is submitted for another date ( if purchase is made on the 6^th of June but submitted for the 7^th of June, the entry is invalid) ; or
2. Products were not bought within 7^th - 11^th June 2023; or
3. Applying with a false identity/ on behalf of someone else; or
4. Information given in the google form during event is proven wrong/untruthful; or
5. Duplication of entries by participants without the knowledge of the Organizer (photocopying entry tickets) ; or
6. Products bought were not from either the Schwarzkopf roadshow located at IOI Putrajaya City Mall, Watsons branches located within IOI Putrajaya City Mall, or Watsons Online.

The Organiser has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempts be made, the Organiser reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
