Jom Bergaya Raya Dengan BZU BZU 2024
 

1. “Jom Bergaya Raya Dengan BZU BZU” (“Contest”) is organised by the company Elite Beauty Asia (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organiser”).
2. By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and the Organiser.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
    

Contest Eligibility:

4. The contestant must be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12-digit) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation.
5. The contest is applicable to Instagram users above 18 years old only.
6. The following persons are not eligible to participate in said Contest:
   • Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (and its related companies) and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings and their respective spouses); and
   • Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings and their respective spouses)
      

Contest Period:

7. This Contest will commence on 20th March 2024 and ends on 30th April 2024, 11:59 pm (“Contest Period”).
8. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice.
    

Contest Submission:

9. To participate in this Contest, the contestant must make a Valid Purchase as follows (“Valid Purchase”):
   • The contestant purchase any of the selected BZU BZU Baby or Kids Body Wash and Shampoo listed in the table below, at the following selected stores / official online stores within the Contest Period:

ELIGIBLE BZU BZU PRODUCTS:

Each Valid Purchase of BZU BZU products in a single receipt entitles the contestant to a chance to win one (1) prize according to the Terms and Conditions and subject to the Organiser’s discretion.

10. Upon making a Valid Purchase within the Contest Period, the contestant is required to retain the original receipt of the Valid Purchase and proceed with the following steps:
    • Step 1: Follow @bzubzumalaysia Instagram page.
    • Step 2: Post a family portrait photo or video while holding the BZU BZU product(s) purchased (from the above list) on your IG Feed and tag @bzubzumalaysia.
    • Step 3: In the caption, tell us why you like the BZU BZU product.
       

Note: All entries must be submitted via Instagram platform within the Contest Period and all participants' profiles are to be set to Public from the start of the contest until the final round of winner announcement in order for the organiser to view.

Contest Prizes & Winner Announcement:

11. Total Prizes worth up to RM8,000:
    
    20 sets of prizes, each containing the following items:

• 1 x BZU BZU Product Gift Set
• 1 x Photobook e-Voucher
• 1 x Petronas Gift Card

12. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other benefit in kind.
13. Winner Announcement will be made on BZU BZU Instagram Page within 2 weeks after the contest ends. Follow BZU BZU Official Instagram Page @bzubzumalaysia https://www.instagram.com/bzubzumalaysia/ consistently for the latest updates.
14. Winners are responsible for contacting the Organizer via Instagram DM. In the event that any winners do not respond within the stipulated period of 3 working days, they shall be deemed forfeited.
15. Winners are required to retain the original receipt of the Valid Purchase. Upon being contacted via DM by the Organizer, winners must provide a clear photo of the receipt to verify their entry.
16. All participants are responsible for tuning in regularly for winner announcement updates.
17. In the event, for any reason whatsoever, the participants are unable to be contacted, the Prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will neither reimburse or compensate nor give any extension of time to the winner.
18. Selected winners are responsible for providing the Organiser with accurate information such as Full Name as per IC, IC number, Contact No., Email address & Full Mailing Address.
     

Contest Winner Selection

19. Contestants who successfully complete the participation steps as per Clauses 9 - 10 will then be eligible to be winners.
20. Winners will be randomly selected, and each contestant is entitled to win one (1) prize only for the Contest Period.
21. The Organiser's decision on winner selection is final and binding.
22. Any submissions received after the contest period will not be counted.
     

Other Terms & Conditions:

23. The Organiser will announce the winners of this Contest by publishing their names and content on the BZU BZU Malaysia Official Instagram Page.
24. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.
25. All Prizes are given on an "As Is" basis and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
26. The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any issues and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
