Terms and Condition eStamp Campaign

1. This promotion is exclusive to all Watsons Member and employees of WATSONS PERSONAL CARE STORES SND BHD only (“Participant”).
2. The Participant is entitled to one (1) eStamp each with every purchase of RM40 in a single receipt made at any Watsons stores or Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my).
3. Combination receipts of the total sum of RM40 are not acceptable.
4. The Participant may collect the eStamp starting from 6^th January 2026 to 15^th March 2026 (“Jan - Mar 2026 eStamp Rewards Campaign”) at any Watsons stores or Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my). Redemption of (“Product”) shall commence from 6^th January 2026 to 31^st March 2026 (“Jan - Mar 2025 eStamp Rewards Campaign”).
    

E-Stamps

1. For the collection of eStamps, the Participant must be a Watsons member located in Malaysia and activated with an online Watsons account only.
2. The number of eStamps will be automatically updated in the Watsons App within twenty-four (24) hours after the Participant made a minimum purchase of RM40 on Total Company Products brands in a single receipt at any Watsons stores, or within twenty-four (24) hours after the online order is completed (delivered) for purchases made via Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my).
3. Participant must collect the minimum required number of eStamps for each redemption item, as specified in the table below, to enjoy the promotional price. Redemption must be made via the Watsons App or Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my).

4. The eStamp is not interchangeable to any physical printed stamp once the physical printed stamp is converted to an eStamp.
5. The eStamps are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or other Watsons voucher.
6. No eStamp will be awarded for any payment made for redemption of Product.
7. No eStamp will be awarded for any purchased at Watsons on ground event & roadshow.
8. The eStamps are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
9. Neither Watsons Member Point nor Rebates will be awarded or calculated for any payment made for redemption of Product.
10. The minimum purchase requirement of RM40 in a single receipt shall exclude the refund for returned goods, if any. Subject to the Watsons return and refund policy, if the total amount of the single receipt does not meet the minimum purchase requirement after the deduction of the price of the returned goods, the related eStamps shall be automatically deducted from Watsons App.
11. E-Voucher are not accepted for the payment for the redemption of Product.
12. There are strictly no exchange or refund for an item once it has been redeemed. Any defective or faulty Product shall be made directly to the Brand Owner of the Products. Any request made after the said period shall not be entertained.
13. All claims for warranty will be bear by the Brand itself, customers shall reach out to the respective brand company to claim their warranty / replace of goods if faulty.
14. All Products are available on a “while stocks last” basis. No replenishment will be made once the Products have been fully redeemed.
15. Watsons reserves the absolute right to substitute any Product with that of a similar value without any prior notice.
16. The Product is not for sale and only for redemption subject to the conditions contained herein during the Product Redemption Period or until such other period to be determined by Watsons.
17. In the event of any discrepancy between the amount of eStamps on Watsons App and the amount of eStamps on Watsons system, the amount of eStamps on Watsons system shall prevail.
18. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Watson’s management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
19. Watsons reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and Watsons will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting therefrom. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.
20. Watsons collects the Participant’s personal information specifically the Participant’s name and contact particulars for related administration and marketing purposes. If the Participant does not give Watsons these details, the Participant is unable to enjoy the promotion. By participating this promotion, the Participant consents to the processing of his/her personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions.
21. Watsons will handle the personal information in accordance with Watson’s Personal Data Privacy Notice which can be found in https://www.watsons.com.my/privacy-policy.
