Terms and Conditions

Promotion Eligibility

1. This promotion is exclusive to Watsons Members, including eligible employees of Watsons Personal Care Stores Sdn Bhd ("Participant").

2. The Participant is entitled to one (1) eStamp for every RM40 spent on selected product categories and participating brands, including Bone & Joint Supplements, Pain Relief Products, Body Support, Barebells, Ensure, Nestlé Nutren, Aspen Nutrition, Shen Loon She, NH, Optimum Nutrition, Matcharo, Enercal, Spoon Health, Anlene, Hey Grains, Regis, Love Earth, and Kinohimitsu in a single receipt at any Watsons store or Watsons Online at www.watsons.com.my.

3. Combination of multiple receipts to achieve the minimum spend requirement of RM40 is not allowed.

4. Participants may collect eStamps from 27 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 ("Stamp Collection Period") at any Watsons store or Watsons Online at www.watsons.com.my.

5. Redemption of the Thermos Café Tumbler Matcha Strawberry and Thermos Café Tumbler Cotton Candy ("Product") shall be available from 27 August 2026 to 11 October 2026 ("Redemption Period"), or while stocks last.

eStamp Collection and Redemption

1. To collect eStamps, the Participant must be a registered Watsons Member.

2. The number of eStamps earned will be automatically updated in the Watsons App within twenty-four (24) hours after the Participant makes a minimum purchase of RM40 on selected product categories and participating brands, including Bone & Joint Supplements, Pain Relief Products, Body Support, Barebells, Ensure, Nestlé Nutren, Aspen Nutrition, Shen Loon She, NH, Optimum Nutrition, Matcharo, Enercal, Spoon Health, Anlene, Hey Grains, Regis, Love Earth, and Kinohimitsu in a single receipt at any Watsons store or Watsons Online at www.watsons.com.my.

3. To enjoy the special promotional redemption price for Thermos Café Tumbler Matcha Strawberry and Thermos Café Tumbler Cotton Candy ("Product"), Participants must collect a minimum of four (4) eStamps and pay RM1. Redemption must be made through the Watsons App or Watsons Online at www.watsons.com.my.

4. Once a physical stamp has been converted into an eStamp, it cannot be converted back into a physical stamp.

5. eStamps are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, legal tender, Watsons vouchers, or any other form of payment.

6. No eStamps will be awarded for any payment made towards the redemption of the Product.

7. eStamps are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person.

8. Watsons Member Points and Rebates will not be awarded or calculated for any payment made towards the redemption of the Product.

9. The minimum purchase requirement of RM40 in a single receipt excludes any refunded amount arising from returned goods. Subject to Watsons' return and refund policy, if the total qualifying purchase amount falls below RM40 after deduction of returned goods, the corresponding eStamps will be automatically deducted from the Participant's Watsons account.

10. E-Vouchers are not accepted as payment for the redemption of the Product.

11. There are strictly no exchange or refund for an item once it has been redeemed.

12. Redemption of the Product is subject to availability and is offered on a while-stocks-last basis.

13. Watsons reserves the right to substitute the Product with another product of similar value without prior notice.

14. The Product is not for sale and only for redemption subject to the conditions contained herein during the Product Redemption Period or until such other period to be determined by Watsons.

15. In the event of any discrepancy between the number of eStamps displayed in the Watsons App and Watsons' internal records, Watsons' internal records shall prevail.

16. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of Watsons management shall be final and binding. No correspondence, appeals, or challenges will be entertained.

17. Watsons reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and Watsons will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting therefrom. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.

18. Watsons collects Participants' personal information, including names and contact details, for the administration and marketing of this promotion. Failure to provide the required information may result in the Participant being unable to enjoy the promotion. By participating in this promotion, the Participant consents to the collection, use, and processing of his/her personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

19. Watsons will handle the personal information in accordance with Watson’s Personal Data Privacy Notice which can be found in https://www.watsons.com.my/privacy-policy.

eStamp Campaign for September 2026 – December 2026 Campaign
Terms and Condition eStamp Campaign
1. This promotion is exclusive to all Watsons Club member of WATSONS PERSONAL CARE STORES SDN BHD only (“Participant”).

2. The Participant is entitled to one (1) eStamp each with every purchase of RM40 of Hansaplast brands (valid for Scar Reducer 21pcs & Scar Reducer XL 21pcs) in a single receipt made at any Watsons stores or Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my).

3. Combination receipts of the total sum of RM40 are not acceptable.

4. The Participant may collect the eStamp starting from 27 August 2026 to 30 November 2026 (“eStamp Rewards Campaign”) on Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my). Redemption of (“Product”) shall commence from 27 August 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“eStamp Rewards Campaign”).

E-Stamps

1. For collection of eStamps, the Participant must be a Watsons Club member located in Malaysia and activated with an online Watsons account only.

2. The number of eStamps will be automatically updated in Watsons App after the Participant made a minimum purchase of RM40 on any Scar Reducer Regular 21pcs or Scar Reducer XL 21pcs in a single receipt, within twenty-four (24) hours after the online order is completed (delivered) for purchases made at any Watsons stores or Watsons Online
(www.watsons.com.my).

3. Participants must collect twenty (20) Scar Reducer eStamp + RM1 for one (1) Scar Reducer Regular 21pcs via Watsons Online and App (www.watsons.com.my).

4. The eStamps are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or Watsons voucher.

5. The eStamps are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or other Watsons voucher.

6. No eStamp will be awarded for any payment made for redemption of Product.

7. The eStamps are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

8. Neither Watsons Member Point nor Rebates will be awarded or calculated for any payment made for redemption of Product.

9. The minimum purchase requirement of RM40 in a single receipt shall exclude the refund for returned goods, if any. Subject to the Watsons return and refund policy, if the total amount of the single receipt does not meet the minimum purchase requirement after the

19. Delivery of the redemption item will be subject to Watsons policies. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier arrangement, and current delivery traffic.

Jom Glam Online Sale eStamp Rewards Campaign

Terms and Condition eStamp Campaign

This promotion is exclusive to all Watsons Club member of WATSONS PERSONAL CARE STORES SND BHD only (“Participant”).
The Participant is entitled to one (1) eStamp each with every purchase of RM40 on Skincare, Haircare and Cosmetics products in a single receipt made on Watsons Online and App (www.watsons.com.my).
Combination receipts of the total sum of RM40 are not acceptable.
The Participant may collect the eStamp starting from 24^th – 30^th July, 28^th August – 3^rd September, and 25^th September – 1^st October on Watsons Online and App (www.watsons.com.my). Redemption of (“Product”) shall commence from 24^th July – 22^nd October 2026.

E-Stamps

For the collection of eStamps, the Participant must be a Watsons Club member located in Malaysia and activated with an online Watsons account only.
The number of eStamps will be automatically updated in the Watsons App after the Participant made a minimum purchase of RM40 on Skincare, Haircare and Cosmetics products in a single receipt, within twenty-four (24) hours after the online order is completed (delivered) for purchases made via Watsons Online and App (www.watsons.com.my).
Participant must collect at fifteen (15) Jom Glam Online Sale eStamp for one (1) Free Coffee Machine and redeem via Watsons Online and App (www.watsons.com.my).
The eStamps are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or other Watsons voucher.
No eStamp will be awarded for any payment made for redemption of Product.
No eStamp will be awarded for any past purchases, or cancelled order.
The eStamps are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Neither Watsons Member Point nor Rebates will be awarded or calculated for any payment made for redemption of Product.
The minimum purchase requirement of RM40 in a single receipt shall exclude the refund for returned goods, if any.
