Terms and Condition eStamp Campaign

This promotion is exclusive to all Watsons Member and employees of WATSONS PERSONAL CARE STORES SND BHD only (“Participant”).
The Participant is entitled to one (1) eStamp each with every purchase of RM30 of AUSSIE product brands in a single receipt made at Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my).
Combination receipts of the total sum of RM40 are not acceptable.
The Participant may collect the eStamp starting from 10th June 2025 (0:00:00am) to 9th July 2025 (23:59:59pm) (“eStamp Rewards Campaign”) at Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my). Redemption shall commence from 10th June 2025 (0:00:00am) to 9th July 2025 (23:59:59pm) (“eStamp Rewards Campaign”) with submission cut off on 23:59:59pm on 11 July 2025 (“Submission Cut Off Period”).
All entries received after the Submission Cut Off Period will not be entertained. The Organizer reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Redemption Period and/or cancel/terminate the Redemption at any time without prior notice.
The Redemption is open to all individual legal residents of Malaysia with a valid identification document, aged 18 years and above as at the start of the Redemption Period. The Organizer shall reserve the right to request for evidence of identification documents. The following groups of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Redemption:
1. Employees of the Organizer and its group of companies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses); and
2. Employees of the Organizer’s agencies associated with the Redemption and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).
By participating in this Redemption, participants (“Participant(s)”) shall be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the prize(s) will be provided in accordance with and subject to these terms and conditions.

E-Stamps

For collection of eStamps, the Participant must be a Watsons Member.
The number of eStamps will be automatically updated in Watsons App within twenty-four (24) hours after the Participant made a minimum purchase of RM30 of AUSSIE product brands in a single receipt made at Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my).
To participate in the Redemption, collect a total of 5 e-Stamps as shown on the Redemption leaflet and submit the image/screenshot of your e-Stamps (“Complete e-Stamps”) during the Redemption Period. The eStamp is not interchangeable to any physical printed stamp once the physical printed stamp is converted to an eStamp.
One [1] Complete e-Stamps is entitled to 1 entry (“Entry”).
There is no limit on the number of entries per Participant provided that each entry is original. Each entry becomes the property of the organizer upon receipt.
By participating in the Redemption, all Participants agree to allow the Organizer/Agency to disclose personal information such as name, address, contact number to any third party who is responsible for delivery of prizes as may be required.
Each Participant is only allowed to collect to a maximum of thirty-two (32) eStamps during Stamp Collection Period.
The eStamps are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or other Watsons voucher.
No eStamp will be awarded for any payment made for redemption of Product.
The eStamps are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Entry and Redemption

Each Entry must:
1. not include any content that is false, untrue and/or inaccurate;
2. be submitted together with an original Complete e-Stamps as proof of purchase of an eligible product;
3. be entirely the original work of the Participant submitting the Entry;
4. not contain, promote, incite or instruct any dangerous conduct, or commission of any crime or acts of violence;
5. not contain any inappropriate, defamatory, discriminatory, demeaning, offensive, obscene, indecent, sexually explicit or blasphemous material;
6. not contain the personal information of any person other than that of the Participant submitting the Entry;
7. not contain any material or content, including but not limited to images, words, music, lyrics, recordings etc. which may breach the intellectual property rights of any third party;
8. not breach any relevant laws.
The Organizer shall reserve the right to disqualify any submission with illegible Complete e- Stamps and/or duplicated Complete e-Stamps and/or containing more than one [1] Complete e- Stamps.
Entry participation steps:
1. Purchase a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty [RM30] of any P&G Aussie products to collect One (1) e-Stamp on the Watsons member app.
2. Collect a total of Five (5) e-Stamps and get 1 entry ticket
3. Visit https://pgamamalaysia.jebbit.com/uqmpmfoz?L=QR to participate in this Redemption.
4. Submit your information in the link as above.
5. Upload a clear image or screenshot of the Complete e-Stamps for one (1) submission.
There are Seventy [70] Redemptions to be won throughout the Contest Period.
1. The Redemption consists of Seventy [70] PickleRoo Cup Invite.
Each Participant can only redeem One [1] Redemption throughout the Redemption Period.
The Redemptions which consists of the PickleRoo Cup Invite are subject to the PickleRoo Cup Event and the following additional terms:
1. Qualified Winners are to participate in the PickleRoo Cup Event. The Organiser will further notify the Qualified Winners of the venue, date and time of the event. Any additional costs or incidental expenses or charges imposed in respect of the PickleRoo Event are solely borne by the Winners at their own expense which may include transportation, accommodation, insurance etc.
2. If Qualified Winner unable to attend the PickleRoo Cup Event, there will no replacement of prize. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute with another Qualified Winner.
3. Qualified Winners, as the case may be, shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the PickleRoo Cup Event; and/or utilisation of the Prizes and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability.

Prizes

All unclaimed prizes after 3 months may be withdrawn at the organizer’s discretion.
All unclaimed prizes after the deadline set by the Organizer for prize collection will be forfeited. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
Prize, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stated.
The Organizer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to written directions from any regulatory authority.
All Prizes must be taken according to the terms and conditions of the Organizer, its agent sponsor or third party providing the Prizes.
Prize(s) are given out on an “as it is” basis. The Prize shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Participants and the Organizer excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Prizes must be claimed in person unless the Organizer prescribes other modes of collection.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prizes during the delivery process. Any other additional costs (i.e. travel expenses, transportation cost, duties and taxes) involved to redeem or collect the prize shall be borne by the Participant at their own cost.
Participant(s) must, at the Organizer’s request, participate, without remuneration, in all promotional activity (such as photography, filming and/or publicity events) surrounding the winning of any prize.
Participant(s) shall agree to participate in prize-giving ceremony or event.
Participant(s) must, at the Organizer’s request, participate, without remuneration, in all promotional activity (such as photography, filming and/or publicity events) surrounding the use of or participation in the travel component of the prize(s).
Participant(s) consent(s) to the Organizer using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media globally and in perpetuity without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Redemption (including any outcome thereof), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organizer.
Participant(s) acknowledge(s) and agree(s) that the organizer has the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote, and otherwise use the promotional materials created, including videos and photographs, to produce public relations materials, magazine printed ads, editorials, marketing tools and other printed matters, including materials for the Organizer’s website

Others

Neither Watsons Member Point nor Rebates will be awarded or calculated for any payment made for redemption of Product.
The minimum purchase requirement of RM30 in a single receipt shall exclude the refund for returned goods, if any. Subject to the Watsons return and refund policy, if the total amount of the single receipt does not meet the minimum purchase requirement after the deduction of the price of the returned goods, the related eStamps shall be automatically deducted from Watsons App.
E-Voucher are not accepted for the payment for the redemption of Product.
There are strictly no exchange or refund for an item once it has been redeemed.
The availability of Product shall be based on a “while stocks last” basis.
Watsons reserves the absolute right to substitute any Product with that of a similar value without any prior notice.

4. The eStamp is not interchangeable to any physical printed stamp once the physical printed stamp is converted to an eStamp.

5. Each Participant is only allowed to collect to a maximum of thirty (30) eStamps during Stamp Collection Period.

6. The eStamps are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or other Watsons voucher.

7. No eStamp will be awarded for any payment made for redemption of Product.

8. The eStamps are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

9. Neither Watsons Member Point nor Rebates will be awarded or calculated for any payment made for redemption of Product.

10. The minimum purchase requirement of RM100 in a single receipt shall exclude the refund for returned goods, if any. Subject to the Watsons return and refund policy, if the total amount of the single receipt does not meet the minimum purchase requirement after the deduction of the price of the returned goods, the related eStamps shall be automatically deducted from Watsons App.
