Chia Seed is a superfood native to South American. Used by the ancient Aztecs and Mayans, it is rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, and is good source of Dietary Fibre and Calcium.
How to Use
1. Add 2 tablespoons (approx.15g) of Chia Seed directly to a glass of water, smoothie, juice, or other beverage.
2. Stir the drink rapidly for a short time. Some clumping may occur,which ls natural with Chia Seeds. Use a spoon to break up the clumps
Chia Seeds also an excellent topping for yogurt, salads and cereals.
