Q: What is Express Delivery?
- Shop online and get your order delivered to your doorstep in 1 hour.
- Choose Express Delivery at the top right corner in Watsons App.
- An SMS with tracking link will be sent after payment.
- Available at selected postcodes in Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Penang and East Malaysia from 10am–7pm daily. Orders after 7pm will be processed next day.
Q: What is Click & Collect Express?
- Shop online and collect your order from the nearest Watsons store in 1 hour.
- Select Click & Collect during checkout and choose your preferred store.
- Receive a 6-digit pickup code via SMS.
- Orders after 8pm will be prepared next day.
- Orders not collected after 5 days will be cancelled on the 6th day.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 7 days due to stock shortage, your order will be cancelled and refunded accordingly.
