1. Curl eyelashes using a KATE EYELASH CURLER or other eyelash curler. 2. Place the brush with short bristles at the base of eyelashes and sweep up to the tip as if to stand them up. 3. Place the brush with long bristles at the base of eyelashes and brush up to the tip. 4. Using the brush with short bristles, lightly press near the base of the eyelashes to fix the eyelashes that have been lifted up. 5. Use the edge of the brush to apply the product to lower lashes and towards the outer corner, and carefully finish. We recommend using makeup remover for the eye area to remove.
