Watsons Heat Therapy Patch range helps to relieve discomfort with pain relieving heat, with various sizes and shapes available to suit your needs towards different body parts.
Product Usage
Patch starts to warm up on its own after opening, please apply onto affected area immediately.
Ingredients
Iron Powder, Vermiculite, Water, Sodium Chloride, Activated Carbon.
Warnings
To avoid burns, do not place the patch directly on your skin. Low temperature burn is a type of burn that results in symptoms such as red spots and blisters due to prolonged contact with heating sources that are warmer than body temperature. Please note you may have low temperature burn without feeling any subjective symptoms. Check skin condition hourly and stop use immediately if any abnormal reactions occur. Not suitable for pregnant, possibly pregnant women and children aged below 12 years. People with diabetes or poor blood circulation can be more vulnerable to low temperature burn. Please consult a doctor before use. Please use the patch with extra care for those with sensitive skin, children, or the disabled. Adult supervision is required when using it on children. Stop use immediately if the heat exerted from the patch uncomfortably hot. Do not use in bed, or in combination with stove, heater, electric blankets, or any heating devices. Do not microwave or attempt to reheat the patch. Do not rub, bend, cut or tear the product. Each patch is for one-time external use only. Not for consumption. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. In case of swallowing or contact the inner content with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice immediately Black spots may appear on the patch during use. It is a normal phenomenon due to carbon oxidation. This does not impact the product quality and it is still safe to use. Do not use if the individual pack or the patch is damaged. Do not use continuously for more than 10 hours in 24-hour period.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
