Product Usage
Remove the transparent film from the back of cooling gel patch and tightly affix the gel cooling surface to desired body parts. If desired, cut the cooling gel to suitable size with scissors. Single use only for hygiene and efficacy purposes. Store in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. Can be stored in refrigerator for extra cooling effects. Do not keep in freezer.

Keep this product out of reach from children. Do not apply to injured or irritated skin (cut, rash, burns, eczema). For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation such as swelling, rashes develop, during or after application, discontinue use and consult a physician. Adult supervision is required when used on children. The cooling gel will not adhere if the skin is wet. Avoid contact with hair, eyebrows, or clothing as it may not stick properly. Avekool is not a drug, if fever persists consult a Physician.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
