Remove the transparent film from the back of cooling gel patch and tightly affix the gel cooling surface to desired body parts. If desired, cut the cooling gel to suitable size with scissors. Single use only for hygiene and efficacy purposes. Store in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. Can be stored in refrigerator for extra cooling effects. Do not keep in freezer.
