How to Use
For symptomatic relief fromblocked nose, cough andmuscular aches and pains due to colds. For relief,massage on throat, chest and back. For use in steam: Partly fill a bowl with steaming water, add 2 teaspoonfuls of VapoRub and inhale vapours for 10-15 mins. Repeat if needed. Children should be closely supervised to avoid scalding.
