NATURALS BY WATSONS SHOP & CRUISE CONTEST FEB 2026 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Organizer:

The “NATURALS BY WATSONS SHOP & CRUISE CONTEST” promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Watson’s Personal Care Store Sdn Bhd (“the Organizer”/ “Watsons”) which will run during the promotion period of 22 January 2026 (from 12:00am) to 2 March 2026 (up to 11:59pm)

* The Terms & Conditions of this Promotion may be varied by Watsons prior to the commencement of the promotion date.

Eligibility:
1. This Promotion is open to all active registered WATSONS members, issued by WATSONS MALAYSIA only.
2. Participant must be eligible to participate in this promotion:
  1. be 18 years of age and above;
  2. has a Watsons member account which is active throughout the Promotion Period. Active means Watsons member card is activated or registered with contactable member’s details.
3. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion:
  1. Watsons’ permanent and/or contract employees and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
4. The eligible promotion entry excludes purchases of Touch ‘n Go Reload, Pin Top-Up, Refunds, other non-retail spends and delivery charges for Watsons Online Store.
5. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion to extend the promotion’s period at any time without prior notice to the participant (‘The Extended Period’). The Extended Period will be announced at Watsons official website. Any promotions during this Extended Period (if any) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions as per this letter which shall remain in full force and effect.

1. How to participate?

Step 1:

Watsons Member spend RM38 & above on Naturals by Watsons Products in a single receipt* at Watsons Store or Online to be eligible for one (1) entry.

1. 1. Spend RM38 & above on Naturals by Watsons Products in a single receipt* at Watsons stores or Watsons online and stand a chance to win:

Grand Prize: 4D3N Genting Dream Cruise Package x3

Second Prize: RM388 Watsons Points x5

Consolation Prize: RM88 Watsons Points x10

1. Winners selection logic
  1. Watsons to filter all the eligible members who meet the spending criteria.
  2. Lucky Watsons members will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries received by 3 March 2026 and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizer. If Watsons unable to contact the lucky member several attempts within 7 days from the time deemed by the Organizer, Watsons reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Watsons on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
  3. The shortlisted lucky Watsons members will contact by Watsons team.
  4. The risks of redeeming prizes are in the hands of the prize winners. All relevant costs and expenses to redeem one’s prizes are borne by the winners themselves. Inclusive airport taxes, tipping fees.
  5. The decisions made by the judges/the Organizer are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kinds of medium will not be entertained.
  6. The winner is bound by the terms and conditions that come with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.
  7. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept prize by the winner once informed via Watsons Malaysia when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner and Watsons reserves it rights to award the prize to another winner. Any cancellation and/ or refund request once the booking of the prize has been made is strictly not allowed.

1. Winners announcement
  1. We may opt to announce the results of the Contest in our social media page and/or other online platform own and operated by us (e.g., Watsons Facebook Page wall) within fourteen (14) days after the end of Contest Period. We will notify the winner via private message on the Contest Page or via e-mail (whichever applicable) (“Notification”). In the Notification, we may ask for your personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery of the prizes.

1. Promotion participant eligibility
  1. The Organizer reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the prizes with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. All prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
  2. The visual of the prizes in www.watsons.com.my or any official promotional materials for this Promotion serve as illustration purposes only.
  3. All prizes are used/accepted entirely at the risk of the winners at all times and the Organizer excludes all responsibility in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
  4. All prizes given are on “as is” basis. The title in the prizes and any risk of loss or damage to the prizes is passed to the prize winners upon physical delivery of the prizes to the prize winners. The Organizer, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for the misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss, expenses, costs, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with and/or the prizes associated with this Promotion.

1. Other Promotion Details & Terms and Conditions
  1. Watsons’ decisions on any matter relating to this Promotion are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Watsons.
  2. Watsons may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Promotion and extending the Promotion Period. Any such changes will be announced on our website or official Facebook page.
  3. By participating in the Promotion, all participants:-

1. 1. 1. consent for Watsons to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion; and

1. 1. 1. consent for Watsons to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that Watsons sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and

1. 1. 1. grant Watsons the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Promotion.

By participating in this Contest, the Contestants provides its consent to allow Watsons Malaysia to collect, use, and disclose their personal data to any third party, all personal data of the contestants provided by the contestants pursuant to this contest for any and all purposes relating to this Contest and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of Watsons Malaysia including, without limitation for the running of this contest and or any event or publicity of the contest in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
