Promotion Period

The Promotion starts at 00:00:00 on 01st March 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 30th April 2026.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all Malaysia citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and with valid identification number (MyKad or MyPR) as at start of contest date.

The following groups of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion:

  1. Employees of the Organiser and its group of companies and  

their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses.)

(b) Employees of the Organiser’s agencies associated with the Contest and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).

Entry Method

  1. To participate in the Promotion, a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Sixty (RM60) and above of any Swisse range of products (“Participating Product”) in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) at any outlet (in-store / online official store) (“Participating Outlet”) within the Promotion Period.

  1. This promotion is only valid for purchase of Swisse brand products imported and distributed by HHMY only.

  1. Each Submission which complies with the terms of submission received by the Organiser during the Promotion Period shall be valid and will be serialized whereby one (1) serial number will be allocated for every single receipt.

  1. The single receipt of RM120.00 of Swisse participating products, two (02) serial numbers will be allocated.

  1. The single receipt of RM180.00 of Swisse participating products, three (03) serial numbers will be allocated.

  1. There is no limit to the number of entries with valid purchases during the Promotion Period.

  1. Retain the Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase for verification purposes.

Entry Deadline

All entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 23:59:59   on 30th April 2026. Any submission received outside Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified.

Verification Details

 Verification of Entries

  • Clear snapshot of the Proof of Purchase indicating the product(s), receipt number, date of receipt, value/price and outlet name
  • Validity of the purchased date (within promotion period)
  • Purchase requirement fulfilled
  • Complete Personal Details as required
  • No Duplication of Receipt(s)
  • E-Commerce receipt will be accepted as Proof of Purchase
  • No alteration of receipt in any form; store name, item(s) purchased, prices, quantity and transaction date
  • Disqualified receipt/document as proof of purchase includes: 
  1. Credit Card Slips
  2. Hand-Written Receipts
  3. Refund/Return of Purchase Slips
  4. Delivery Note
  5. Receipts Not Printed from a Cash Register (POS system)

Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of one (01) prizes during the Promotion  Period.

  • 1 x Grand Prize, or
  • 1 x Second Prize, or
  • 1 x Consolation Prize.
Winner Selection 
WINNER SELECTION METHOD: As part of the winner selection process, the Organizer will tabulate and verify the Entries received. Entries which have been verified and approved to be a successful entry by the Organizer (“Qualified Entries”) will be allocated a set of serial number.
Grand Prize: 1 x Habib Gold Bracelet worth RM2,276
There is One [1] x  Habib Gold Bracelet worth RM2,276 to be won throughout the  Contest period.   
As part of the Grand Prize shortlisting winners’ selection process , the Organiser will allocate serial numbers for each Entry received and approved by the Organiser throughout the Contest Period  [each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”]. A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”.    
The serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries [“Total Qualified Entries”]. Assuming the Total Qualified Entries received throughout the Contest period is 2,500, the Organiser will compute and select the shortlisted winners based on the following example:
2,500  ÷ 2  = 1250*
The Grand Prize shortlisted entry is the 1250* serial number entry.
A Total of 1 winner will be selected throughout the Contest Period. 
The rounding formula will be performed where the decimal value arises, the number will be rounded down to the nearest single digit number.
Second Prize : 1 x Habib Round Diamond Stud Earrings worth RM638
There is One [1] x Habib Round Diamond Stud Earrings worth RM638 each to be won throughout the Contest Period.
As part of the Second Prize shortlisting winners’ selection process ,  the Organiser will allocate serial numbers for each Entry received and approved by the Organiser throughout the Contest Period  [each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”]. A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”. 
The serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries [“Total Qualified Entries”] and the subtraction of Grand Prize Winner’s Entry/ies. Assuming the Total Qualified Entries received throughout the Contest period is 2,500, the Organiser will compute and select the shortlisted winners based on the following example:
Assuming Grand Prize winner’s entries = *50 entries ; 
2,500 - 50 = 2,450 ÷ 2  = 1225*
The Second Prize shortlisted entry is the 1225 serial number entry.
A Total of  1 winner will be selected throughout the Contest Period. 
The rounding formula will be performed where the decimal value arises, the number will be rounded down to the nearest single digit number.
 
Consolation Prize: 50 x Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM20
There are Fifty [50] x Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM20 each to be won throughout the Contest Period.
As part of the Consolation Prize shortlisting winners’ selection process ,  the Organiser will allocate serial numbers for each Entry received and approved by the Organiser throughout the Contest Period  [each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”]. A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”. 
The serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries [“Total Qualified Entries”] and the subtraction of Grand and Second Prize Winner’s Entry/ies. Assuming the Total Qualified Entries received throughout the Contest period is 2,500, the Organiser will compute and select the shortlisted winners based on the following example:
Assuming Grand Prize winner’s entries = *50 entries ; 
Assuming Second Prize winner’s entries = *30 entries ; 
2,500 – (50 + 30) = 2,420 ÷ 50  = 48.4*
The Consolation Prize shortlisted entry is the 48 serial number entry and subsequent serial numbers with the multiplication of 48. Example of the shortlisted winning serial numbers 48*, 96* , 144* , 192* , 240* , 282* , 330* , 378* , 426*, 474* and so forth. 
A Total of  50 winners will be selected throughout the Contest Period. 
The rounding formula will be performed where the decimal value arises, the number will be rounded down to the nearest single digit number.
  1. Shortlisted entries selected based on the serial number selection method above will be informed or contacted to the contact number which was received by the Organiser during the Qualified Entries via WhatsApp from the contest WhatsApp number 012-2218700 to answer a simple Contest Question.
Contest question: Is Swisse an Australian brand? (True/False)
  1. Shortlisted entries must reply and provide the correct answer within two (2) days from the Contest Question Notification to be eligible to win the prize. Failing which will result in forfeiture of the prize. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the shortlisted entries cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
Upon receipt of the correct answer from the shortlisted entries, Qualified winners will be contacted via WhatsApp from the contest number 012-2218700 to notify them of their correct answer and a text request for delivery address for prize fulfilment. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the Qualified winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
Winner Announcement :
The list of winners will also be announced on the Organizer’s social media by 8th April 2026.

  1. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event the shortlisted winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. Other winners will be selected if more than three (3) calls are unanswered or exceeded the stipulated time frame to revert for the verification.
  1. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request for evidence of the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce the hard copy of the Proof of Purchase upon request will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
Prizes 
  1. For Grand and Second Prize – Habib Jewerly, the Organizer will be contacting the winners to obtain confirmation of collection of the prize from the agency.  Winners will be given a redemption letter with a validity of 3 months from the date of issuance (letter bearing the preferred agency address, winner’s name, and a unique reference number). The original redemption letter must be presented to the agency for the Prize collection. Any other additional costs (i.e., travel expenses, transportation cost, duties, and taxes) involved to redeem or collect the Prize shall be borne by the winner at their own cost. No representative or third party is allowed to collect the Prize on behalf of the winner.
*The value of the Grand Prize (gold) is based on the gold price at the time of purchase by the Organiser. Any subsequent fluctuation in gold prices will not affect the prize awarded.

Prize Claim & Delivery 
  1. Prize(s) redemption voucher/letter will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Participants within 2 – 3 weeks after winners’ announcement. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to extend the timeline as the Organiser deems necessary. 
  1. The Organiser shall exercise care in delivering the Prize[s] but the Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt, delayed or damaged delivery of the Prize(s) to the Participant[s]. All unclaimed Prize[s] will be forfeited. 
  1. In the event there is a manufacturing defect, the Participant must return the said Prize[s] to the Organiser at his/her own cost, undamaged and in its original packaging for a replacement within 2 weeks of receipt of the Prize[s] failing which the Prize will not be replaced. 
  1. Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prize[s] shown with another Premium of similar value, at any time without prior notice.  No cash alternatives or refunds will be offered.
  1. Any additional costs not specifically stated in the Terms & Conditions of Entry in relation to a Prize shall be the responsibility of the Winner.  
  1. Prize(s) are given out on an “as it is” basis. The Prize shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Participants, and the Organiser excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
  1. Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organiser.
Additional Terms
  1. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Contest Period, make Prize substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
  1. The Organiser, and/or representatives shall not be liable to any Participant in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Participant in the Contest, as well as the redemption and/or utilisation of any Prize won.
  1. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion including judging and selection of winners will be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  1. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to give their personal information, and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the participants and winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
  1. By submitting an entry to the Contest, Participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
