Terms & Conditions

1. Participation in the SOFY Comfort Nite 360 Panty Spend & Win Contest (“the Contest”) constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Uni-charm Corporation Sdn.Bhd (“Uni-Charm Malaysia”) reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Promotion Period from 01^st October 2024 to 30^th November 2024. Purchase any products from SOFY Comfort Nite range worth RM 12 & above in a single receipt during the promotion period will entitle the participant to submit 1 entry. Besides, the participants are entitled for 2 entries if include 1 pack of SOFY Comfort Nite 360 Panty Cool or Silcot.

3. This contest is open to only Malaysians aged 18 years and above, except employees of Uni-Charm Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (‘The Organiser’) and/or its affiliated companies, distributors as well as advertising and promotion agencies.

4. Participants below 18 years must seek parental consent before participation. Unicharm Corporation Sdn Bhd shall assume that all entries received from participants below 18 years old are submitted with parental consent.

5. Participants may submit multiple entries via WhatsApp but each participant is entitled to win ONE (1) prize ONLY for the entire duration of the contest.

6. One receipt is only entitled to one entry/chance of winning. However, the participants are entitled for 2 entries if include 1 pack of SOFY Comfort Nite 360 Panty Cool or Silcot.

7. The Receipt must be dated between 01^st October 2024 to 30^th November 2024.
    
8. To participate in the Campaign:

1. 1. Purchase SOFY Comfort Nite range worth RM 12 & above in ONE single receipt within the promotional period will be entitled to one entry/chance of winning (include 1 pack of SOFY Comfort Nite 360 Panty Cool or Silcot for 2 entries).
   2. Snap picture of receipt & keep original receipt for validation.

9. 1 selected grand prize winnerswill be entitled to win 1 unit of Dyson Airstrait worth RM 2,599 while 5 selected consolation prize winners will be entitled to win SOFY 360 Panty Cool worth RM 34.50 (inclusive of 5 packs of SOFY 360 Panty Cool) .

10. Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible contestants who meets ALL participation criteria.

11. Entries without proof of purchase will be disqualified. Incomplete, inaccurate and/or illegible entries will not be accepted.

12. Only original receipt with proper item description will be accepted. Duplicated and re-printed receipts will not be accepted. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any illegible, disfigured and modified receipts.
     
13. Promotional period starts on 01^st Oct 2024 (12:00hrs) and ends on 30^th Nov 2024 (23:59hrs).
     
14. All eligible entries received by 2359hrs – 30^th Nov 2024, will be accepted as valid entry to be selected as winners. Winners will be notified by phone after the contest ended and announced in SOFY Malaysia Facebook page on 15^th Jan 2025.
     
15. The product prize will be delivered directly to consumer, Unicharm will contact the winners for the delivery details after the announcement in SOFY Malaysia Facebook

16. By participating in this campaign, you are agreeable to be contacted by Unicharm via phone.

17. Unicharm will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected SMS.

18. Unicharm’s decision on all matters relating to the winner selection shall be final and binding.

19. Unicharm reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned.

20. All redemption cash are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for items.

21. Unicharm reserves the right to substitute reward with others of similar value at its discretion or terminate this promotion without prior notice.

22. Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Unicharm is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability claimant may suffer as a result of the promotion or accepting the reward.

If you do not provide us with the required information, Unicharm would not be able to notify you and verify your particulars in the event that you win any prize and you will be disqualified from the promotion.
