Participation Instructions

  1. Purchase Rosken products worth RM60 inclusive of Rosken Dry Skin Cream 500ml in a single receipt.

  3. Read and consent to the terms & conditions to submit your entry.
  4. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries for entry receipts will be disqualified.

Notification of Winning and Claiming Prizes

Draw of the winners will take place at Pharmacare (Asia) Sdn Bhd, 100-6.005, 129 Offices, Block J, Jaya One, Jalan Universiti,46200, Petaling Jaya, Selangor or at any other time or venue as determined by the Organiser.

  1. Draw of the winners will take place on 7 May 2025.
  2. Winners will be announced on 12 May 2025 via Rosken Malaysia social media page.
  3. Participants are each allowed to win 1 prize only. If a subsequent entry by a participant who has already won a prize is drawn - a redraw will take place until a different participant wins the said prize.
  4. In the event which the winners are uncontactable after two attempts via phone, their qualification as a winner will be revoked and a replacement winner will be selected by the Organiser.
  5. Winners will be notified via phone within 10 working days of the draw date. Prize collection is at Pharmacare (Asia) Sdn Bhd, 100-6.005, 129 Offices, Block J, Jaya One, Jalan Universiti,46200, Petaling Jaya, Selangor or at any other time or venue as determined by the Organiser.

  1. Winner(s) must produce their original receipt and NRIC to collect their prize.

  1. Alternatively, winners may authorise a family member to collect the prize on their behalf, along with a letter of authorisation for verification.

  1. Prize redemption method is subjected to Organiser’s discretion.

  1. Contest Terms and Conditions
  1. By taking part in this Rosken x Watson’s Buy & Win Contest April 2025, participants are deemed to have read, accepted, and be bound to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), as may be amended by Pharmacare (Asia) Sdn Bhd. (“the Organiser”) from time to time.

  1. This Draw is open to all Malaysians and individuals residing in Malaysia who are 18 years old and above. Individuals belong to the groups listed below will not be eligible:

    1. The staff of the Organiser, including all its subsidiaries and related companies, including their immediate family members (child, parents, siblings, spouses etc.)

    1. Representatives, staff, workers and/or agents of suppliers of SMS- and facebook-advertising and/or promotional services to the Organiser, including all its subsidiaries and related companies; and their immediate family members (child, parents, siblings, spouses etc.)

    1. Individuals who have a direct relationship or connection with any staff of the Organiser, including all its subsidiaries and related companies.

  1. The (“Qualifying Period”) for the Draw is from 15 April – 5 May 2025 (both dates inclusive). The Organiser reserves the right to make any amendments to the qualifying period at any time without prior notice. All entries received after 5 May 2025 will be voided.

  1. The decisions made by the judges/Organiser are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints via any kind of medium will not be entertained.

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to draw a reserve winner to replace any winner who: (a) has subsequently found to be disqualified; or (b) has failed to claim the Prize after one (1) month of announcement. Any unclaimed prize after one (1) month of announcement of the reserve winner will be forfeited. Any decision of the Organiser pertaining to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

  1. No individual shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Pharmacare (Asia) Sdn Bhd. should the prize or any part thereof be forfeited.

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the prize, promotion mechanics or cancel the Draw entirely at any time without any liability or prior notice.

  1. The Organiser, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies:

  1. Make no warranties or representations regarding the quality, fitness of purpose or any other implied terms and conditions in relation to the prize.

  1. Shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following:

    1. Any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in this Draw or collection of the prize.

    1. Any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect, or damage, arising out of, or in connection with the Draw or use of the prize.

    1. Intervention by unauthorised parties during the Draw period.

    1. Electronic or human errors in the administration of the Draw and processing of entries

    1. Any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify the winner.

  1. By submitting personal data with each entry, participants are deemed to have accepted and be bound to these Terms and Conditions and consent to his/her personal data being processed by the Organiser; shared with the Organiser’s affiliates and agencies; and otherwise used for the purposes of, and within the context of administering this Draw.

  1. Selected winners of this Draw are deemed to have consented to furnish the Organiser with the liberty to publish their names, pictures, and city of residence without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes. Non- compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.

  1. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes arising out of, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federation of Malaysia. Participants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
