Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions: 

The Contest is organized by Tohtonku Sdn Bhd (as “the Organiser”), managed by its appointed agency and will be conducted on the following Terms and Conditions:

By entering this Contest, the participant(s) agree to be bound by these rules.

This Contest will commence on 1^st May 2025 and end on 30^th June 2025 (“Contest Period”).
 

Eligibility:

The participant must be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12 digits) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in said Contest:

1. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (including immediate family members, parents, spouses, children, siblings, and respective spouses) and its affiliated companies, business partners, suppliers/distributors and
2. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser and immediate family members (parents, spouses, children, siblings, and respective spouses).
    

Participation Steps:

1. Purchase a minimum of RM80 worth of any Nutox product(s) in a single receipt at any participating Watsons outlets including online Watsons in Malaysia.
2. Submit your receipt via WhatsApp to +6016-2290106 along with details , & clear photo of

• Each receipt (proof of purchase) can be used once and is considered as one valid contest entry only.
• Participants may submit multiple receipt(s) with different Proof of Purchase to increase the chances of winning.
   

Contest Prizes :

• 1^st Prize x 2 units : OSIM uPhoria Sync Leg Massage worth RM2688
• 2^nd Prize x 6 units :  OSIM uCozy Hear STASH worth RM698
• 3^rd Prize x 6 units : OSIM uGlow GuaSha  worth RM348
   

Winners Selection:

The Organizer will allocate serial numbers for each entry received through the WhatsApp application which is connected to the Designated Mobile Number and approved by the Organizer. In order to be qualified as a successful entry (each “Qualified Entry” will collectively have the “Qualified Entries serial numbers”). A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”.

The winners will be selected by the Organizer who has the absolute discretion to randomly draw the Winners from the Qualified Entries submitted by the participants. 

Each participant can only win ONE (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period. If a participant wins two prizes during the selection, then the participant shall be awarded the higher valued prize.

1. All participants shall agree to abide by the Organiser’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this Contest.
2. Each participant will only be eligible for ONE (01) prize throughout the entire Contest Period.
3. All entries received past the Contest period and/or incomplete shall automatically be disqualified.
4. Contest entry/submission via WhatsApp will be deemed as invalid if the Participant submits a ‘Disappearing Message’ via WhatsApp app whereby the chat and the image of the receipt disappears within a stipulated time.
5. By participating in this Contest, all participants are agreeable to be contacted by the Organiser/appointed agent.
6. Winners will be contacted via phone number 011-23436621/ 018-9729688 to get the information such as personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery of the prize by the Organiser/appointed agent.
7. If a winner is uncontactable, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner for the contest after 3 attempts to contact the winner has been made by WhatsApp message, phone call or email.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to select another winner based on the judging criteria.
    

Prize Redemption:

Winners must provide details requested by the Organizer/appointed agent within 7 days/ the stipulated timeframe after the notification and before the delivery of the prize. The prizes will be posted to the winners’ home addresses. 

All prizes will be processed for delivery/collection within 120 days from the end of the Contest Period. The Organizer reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.

If the Organiser is required to post/courier a prize to a winner, the Organiser/appointed agent will not be held liable for non-receipt of the prize or damages caused during the delivery process. No requests for replacement and/or exchange of prizes will be entertained.
 

Other Terms:

1. The Organiser/agent will not be responsible for entries that are incomplete or have invalid information.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participants without notice at any point during the Contest or after he/she is found to have not fulfilled the prerequisites of the Contest before participation.
3. Organizer/agent shall reserve the right to request for further evidence in the processing of the Entry including the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) for verification prior to the delivery of the Prizes. Failure to produce any of the foregoing document(s) within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. 
4. The Organiser/agent will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute/replace any of the prizes with any other items of similar value at any time.
6. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organiser.
7. Winners agree to provide a video/photo of themselves to the Organiser/agency with the prizes they have won within (7 days) of receiving the prizes. These videos will be used by the Organiser for promotional/publicity purposes only including but not limited to social platforms. Winners will not receive any compensation for the use of these videos/photos. Failure to submit the said videos/photos will result in forfeiture of the prizes and replace by other winners. Submission of the videos/photos means ownership and consent to use the videos are given to the Organiser.
8. Participants agree if so required, to participate in publicity events without any compensation or fees. Tohtonku Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use the name, address, mobile number, photograph, particulars, and/or documents of the Participants or winners for advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time without any royalty or compensation given to the Participants or winners.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw/amend the Contest without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the rules of the Contest. 
11. The Organiser retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property contained within the Contest and owns the copyright to all content within.
12. Personal Data of the Participants will be collected by Tohtonku Sdn Bhd/appointed agent. Additionally, by participating in this Contest, the Participants hereby agree to the terms and conditions of Tohtonku Sdn. Bhd.’s Privacy Notice is listed at https://www.nutox.my/privacy-policy.
13. The Organiser/agent will not be responsible for any technical errors that occur in Internet access, telecommunications networks, or any other reasons that prevent entry to the Contest.
14. The Organiser/affiliates/directors/employees/appointed agent will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred by the participants in the process of joining the Contest to the extent as may be permitted by law. The total and aggregate liability of Tohtonku Sdn Bhd to the Participants including and not limited to any claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, for breach of statutory duty, awarding and use, misuse, or possession of the prizes, any form of loss, damage or personal injury, death as may be permitted by law shall not exceed the amount of RM1000 per Participant. 
15. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest are final including the determination of the winners. No further correspondence will be entertained.
     

Governing Laws:

The laws of Malaysia shall govern the terms and conditions of this Contest including all matters arising from or about this Contest.
