Terms and Conditions:

The contest is organized and managed by Tohtonku Sdn Bhd (also named “the Organiser”) and will be conducted on the following Terms and Conditions:

By entering this Contest, the participant(s) agree to be bound by these rules.

This Contest will commence on 1^st January 2026 and end on 31^st January 2026 (“Contest Period”).

Eligibility:

The participant must be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12 digits) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in said contest:

1. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (including immediate family members, parents, spouses, children, siblings, and respective spouses) and its affiliated companies, business partners, suppliers/distributors and
2. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses).

Participation Steps:

• Purchase any Nutox Lifte Youth Range product(s) worth RM88 in a single receipt at any Watsons outlets/online.

• Submit your receipt along with details , , & photo of to 018-3573308

• Each single receipt (proof of purchase) can be used once and is considered as one valid contest entry only. Receipt (proof of purchase) must be dated during the contest Period (1^st January 2026 and end on 31^st January 2026) only eligible for participation.

Contest Prizes:

• RM8 Touch n Go E-wallet reload pin, limit to first 200 redemptions only.

Winners Selection:

1. All participants shall agree to abide by the Organiser’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this contest.
2. All entries received past the contest period shall automatically be disqualified.
3. By participating in this contest, all participants are agreeable to be contacted by the Organiser/appointed agent.
4. Participants will be contacted via phone number 018-3573308 to get the information such as personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery of the reward by the Organiser/appointed agent if necessary.
5. Participant’s responsibility to ensure their phone numbers provided are current and updated during the entry submission to Tohtonku Sdn Bhd.
6. If a winner is uncontactable, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner for the contest after 3 attempts to contact the winner has been made by WhatsApp message, phone call or email.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to select another winner based on the judging criteria.

Other Terms:

1. The Organiser/agent will not be responsible for entries that are incomplete or have invalid information.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participants without notice at any point during the contest or after he/she is found to have not fulfilled the prerequisites of the contest before participation.
3. The Organiser/agent will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute/replace any of the prizes with any other items of similar value at any time.
5. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organiser.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw/amend the contest without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. Participants agree if so required, to participate in publicity events without any compensation or fees. Tohtonku Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use the name, address, mobile number, photograph, particulars, and/or documents of the Participants or winners for advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time without any royalty or compensation given to the Participants or winners.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the rules of the contest.
9. The Organiser retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property contained within the contest and owns the copyright to all content within.
10. Personal Data of the Participants will be collected by Tohtonku Sdn Bhd/appointed agent. By participating in this contest, the Participants hereby agree to the terms and conditions of Tohtonku Sdn. Bhd.’s Privacy Notice as listed at https://nutox.my/privacy-policy/ which shall include and not limited to the Participants hereby agreeing to the collection, processing, storage, use, and disclosure of the participant’s personal data provided by the Participants.
11. The Organiser/ agent will not be responsible for any technical errors that occur in Internet access, telecommunications networks, or any other reasons that prevent entry to the contest.
12. The Organiser/affiliates/directors/employees/appointed agent will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred by the participants in the process of joining the contest to the extent as may be permitted by law. The total and aggregate liability of Tohtonku Sdn Bhd to the Participants including and not limited to any claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, for breach of statutory duty, awarding and use, misuse, or possession of the prizes, any form of loss, damage or personal injury, death as may be permitted by law shall not exceed the amount of RM1000 per Participant.
13. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final including the determination of the winners. No further correspondence will be entertained.

Governing Laws:

The laws of Malaysia shall govern the terms and conditions of this contest including all matters arising from or about this contest.

Declaration:

1. I have read and understood the terms and consent to the processing of my Personal Data as described in the organiser Privacy Notice and contest terms & conditions.
2. I am providing consent as the parent or legal guardian of a minor (below 18 years) whose Personal Data will be processed as described in the Privacy Notice and in the contest terms & conditions.
