Terms & Conditions – NIVEA Female Deodorant x Watsons Redemption (Mar 2026)

1. The redemption period runs from 1 March to 31 March 2026, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.
    
2. Eligibility:
   • Open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above with a valid Malaysian delivery address and a valid email address for e-Voucher PIN delivery.
   • Limited to one (1) redemption per person per receipt.
      
3. How to Redeem:
   • Purchase a minimum of RM64 worth of NIVEA products (inclusive of at least one product from the NIVEA Female Deodorant range) in a single receipt at any Watsons Malaysia outlet or via Watsons Malaysia online during the campaign period.
   • Submit a clear photo of your receipt together with your full name and mailing address via WhatsApp to +6011-59891680.
   • Submissions that are incomplete, unclear, or illegible will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
      
4. Verification & Fulfilment:
   • Only original and valid receipts dated within the redemption period and issued by Watsons Malaysia will be accepted.
   • Upon successful verification, the MACHINO e-Voucher PIN will be sent to the email address provided.
   • Delivery of the e-Voucher PIN will take approximately 2–4 weeks from the date of successful verification.
      
5. Other Terms and conditions:
   • Redemption items are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or other items.
   • The organizer reserves the right to substitute the redemption item with another item of equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances arise.
   • Limited to the first 100 valid redemptions only.
   • The organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to the redemption are final, conclusive, and binding.
   • By participating, consumers consent to the use of their submitted personal details strictly for redemption verification and fulfilment purposes.
