“Spend & Win Hyaluron Pure Contest (Watsons)” TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

1. Organiser

1. This “Spend & Win Hyaluron Pure Contest (Watsons)” (“Contest”) is organised by L’Oréal Paris, a brand of the Organiser, L’Oréal Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Company No. 199401042730 (328418-A)). This Contest shall be governed by the Specific Terms and the General Terms as particularly detailed hereinunder (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”). The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to any person at any time, to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions herein. By participating in this Contest, all Eligible Participants irrevocably agree to the Terms and Conditions.

SPECIFIC TERMS

2. Contest Period

1. This Contest will run from May 6, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM to May 26, 2025 at 11:59:59PM Malaysian time (“Contest Period”).

3. Contest Mechanic and Entry Method

1. Eligible Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries for this Contest. To participate, Eligible Participants are required to:

Purchase a minimum of RM30.00 worth of full-size hair products from the L’Oreal Paris Elseve Hyaluron Pure Range (as stated hereinbelow) in a single, eligible receipt / transaction from any participating Watsons outlet in Malaysia or Watsons’ Official Online Store at https://www.watsons.com.my/ during the Contest Period. For the avoidance of doubt, in-store purchases and online purchases from online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and other outlets that are not stated herein are not eligible for participation in the Contest.

Products from the L’Oréal Paris Elseve Hyaluron Pure Range that are eligible for participation in this Contest are:

1. 1. Watch a Hyaluron Pure Video on L’Oreal Paris Malaysia’s YouTube Channel via the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnRt4MElqdQ and answer the following questions:

1. Hair products from the L'Oreal Paris Elseve Hyaluron Pure Range contain salicylic and hyaluronic acids to remove excess scalp oils and rehydrate hair lengths. True or false?

2. How do you maintain a fresh scalp? (in less than 20 words)

1. 1. Submit an entry by sending a clear photo of the official receipt as proof of purchase, along with the Participant’s full name as per NRIC, date of birth, date of purchase and email address via WhatsApp application to the number +6012 902 2638 during the Contest Period. In the same submission, submit the answer to the questions in 3.1(b)(i) and 3.1(b)(ii) above.
   2. All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Unclear, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries shall be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to request for the original, hardcopy official receipt (if applicable) and any other form of proof of purchase and/or proof of identification for verification purpose. Entries submitted based on voided, refunded, cancelled and/or fraudulent transactions / purchases shall be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection Process

1. A total of Fifty-Five (55) winners who had provided the correct answer to the question in 3.1(b)(i) above will be selected from all qualified Entries to win the following Prizes based on the creativity and originality of the answer to the question in 3.1(b)(ii) above, subject to full completion of and compliance with the Contest Mechanic and Entry Method:
   1. Twenty (20) winners will be selected to win the Grand Prize (as defined in 6.1(a) below);
   2. Five (5) winners will be selected to win the Second Prize (as defined in 6.1(b) below); and
   3. Thirty (30) winners will be selected to win the Weekly Prize (as defined in 6.1(c) below) in accordance with the following:

For the avoidance of doubt, each Eligible Participant shall only be entitled to win One (1) Prize. The Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding, and no further correspondences, appeals and attempts to dispute the Organiser’s decision shall be entertained.

5. Winner Announcement

1. The Winners will be contacted based on the WhatsApp telephone number used for the submission of the Entry and the particulars provided by the Winners (“Notification”). The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failure to contact the Winners resulting from any invalid or wrong contact information provided by the Winners. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, the Organiser reserves its right to announce the Winners by any reasonable means as it deems fit.
2. Unless otherwise mentioned in the Notification, all Winners are responsible to respond to the Notification within Seven (7) working days from the date of the Notification. If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to the Organiser and/or its appointed agency within the stipulated period for any reason whatsoever, or fails to comply with the instructions given by the Organiser and/or its appointed agency for the redemption of Prize, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and forfeit the respective Prize and/or to select a replacement winner based on the same criteria at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

6. Prizes
   1. A total of Fifty-Five (55) Winners will be selected to win the following prizes:
      1. Twenty (20) Winners will be selected in accordance with 4.1 above to win the following grand prize (“Grand Prize”):

1. 1. Five (5) Winners will be selected in accordance with 4.1 above to win the following second prize (“Second Prize”):

1. 1. Thirty (30) Winners will be selected in accordance with 4.1 above to win the following weekly prize (“Weekly Prize”):

Branded Athletic Footwear and Apparel Gift Card worth RM100.00 each.

1. The Prizes are not transferable, not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, merchandise, voucher, credits or any other form of substitutes and they are subject to additional terms and conditions, if any. No requests for extensions, replacements or refunds shall be entertained if the Prizes are not redeemed before the expiry date.
