1. This "Watsons MY - La Roche-Posay Top Spender Contest" (“Contest”) is organised by La Roche- Posay under the Organiser, L’Oréal Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Company No. 199401042730 / 328418-A). This Contest shall be governed by the Specific Terms and the General Terms as particularly detailed hereinunder (collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”). The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to any person at any time, to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions herein.

SPECIFIC TERMS

Contest Period
1. This Contest will run from July 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM to August 31, 2025 at 11:59:59PM Malaysian time (“the Contest Period”).

Purchase of La Roche-Posay products in a single, eligible receipt/ transaction during the Contest Period through:

For the avoidance of doubt, in-store purchases and online purchases from online marketplaces, e- commerce platforms, and other outlets that are not stated herein are not eligible for participation in the Contest.

Submit an entry by sending a clear photo of the official receipt as proof of purchase, along with the Participant’s full name as per NRIC and date of purchase via WhatsApp application to the number 011 3613 3580 during the Contest Period. In the same submission, submit the answer to the following question: What is your favourite La Roche-Posay product and why? (no word limit)

4.1 A total of TWENTY-ONE (21) Winners will be selected by the Organizer, in its sole and absolute discretion at the end of the Contest Period based on the total NETT amount spent in La Roche-Posay Product in a single receipts, supported by the eligible proof of purchase. The selection is subject to full completion of the Contest mechanic and Entry Method. The Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding, no further correspondence, appeals and attempts to dispute the Organiser’s decision shall be entertained.

    1. The Organiser will announce Winners after the end of Contest Period on the La Roche-Posay official website / Facebook / Instagram/ TikTok page (“Notification”). Notwithstanding anything stated herein, the Organiser reserves its right to announce the Winners by any reasonable means as it deems fit. If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to the Organiser within the period as determined by the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and select a replacement winner.

2. A total of TWENTY-ONE (21) Winners will be selected to win the following Prizes:-
  - ONE (1) Winner will be selected to win the Grand Prize: “FLIGHT TICKET TO PARIS FOR 2” worth approximately RM3,500 each;
  - TWENTY (20) Winners will be selected to win the Consolation Prize: “TNG RELOAD CREDIT” worth RM50.00 each.
