Terms & Conditions for Jennyhouse Free Styling Session Promotion

1. This promotion is open to all customers who make purchases of Jennyhouse products amounting to RM120 or more at Watsons stores or through the Watsons website, from April 24^th to May 12^th, as well as those who make purchases at the K Beauty event held at JioSpace Petaling Jaya from May 9th to May 12th, 2024.
2. To redeem the free styling session, customers must fill out a Google form provided by Jennyhouse, providing necessary details such as name, contact information, preferred time slot for the styling session, and uploading a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to provide these details will result in forfeiture of the appointment slot.
3. Customers who fail to upload a copy of the receipt via the Google form within the specified timeframe will forfeit their appointment slot for the styling session.
4. Customers are required to arrive promptly for their appointment, and any delays exceeding 5 minutes will result in cancellation of the session.
5. Appointment slots for the free styling session are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. The free styling session appointment is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
7. Jennyhouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
