Terms and Conditions for ‘IN2IT x Watsons SPEND & WIN Contest,
22 Aug – 23 Sep 2026’
CONTEST PERIOD
1. This "IN2IT x Watsons SPEND & WIN Contest" ("Contest") organised by AP Cosmetics Corporation Sdn Bhd. [555118-U] ("Organiser") will run from 22 Aug 2026 until 23 Sep 2026 ("Contest Period").
ELIGIBILITY
2. This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above (as at the date of participation in this Contest) holding valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card only ("Participants").
INELIGIBILITY
3. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the contest:
Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); and/or representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters including spouses).
CONTEST ENTRY
4. To enter the contest, Participants must:
Step 1: Purchase a minimum of ONE (1) IN2IT 25th Anniversary set with a minimum purchase of RM125 and above in a single receipt from any Watsons stores located in Malaysia or https://www.watsons.com.my/ during the Contest Period ("Proof of Purchase").
Step 2: Scan QR code to submit entry together with the following information:
• Full Name (as per IC)
• Identification Card (IC) Number
• Contact Number
• Kindly indicate the total purchase amount (RM) as stated on your proof of purchase receipt.
• Answer a Simple Question: What is your favourite IN2IT product?
(Note: This question is for survey purposes only and does not affect the random selection.)
• Receipt images (must be clear, legible, and in JPG, PNG, or PDF format, not exceeding 10MB per file).
5. Entries must be submitted by 23 September 2026, 11:59pm (GMT+8).
6. Participants may submit multiple entries to increase chances of winning throughout the Contest Period, but each entry must be accompanied by a copy of an original purchase receipt as the proof of purchase to be considered as ONE (1) valid entry.
7. Participants MUST keep the original receipts for verification purposes. Duplicate copies or photocopies of original purchase receipt(s) are not acceptable.
8. The Organiser reserves the rights to amend the Contest terms & conditions including the contest period at any time without prior notice.
9. The Organiser reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to forfeit the Prize of any winner if the receipt is suspected to be fake or fraudulent OR the Prize of any winner who is unable to provide the original receipt as stipulated in Clause 7 of the Contest Terms and Conditions. There will be no substitution of winner in the event of disqualification.
10. Each Participant is allowed to win only one (1) prize throughout the Contest Period.
WINNING CRITERIA & PRIZES
11. Winners will be selected using a computerized random selection program. The TOP ONE HUNDRED (100) names in the randomized program will be qualified as Winners. All receipts will be compiled as reference for the selection of Winners.
12. The contest prizes for Winners to be given away are as follows:
First FIFTY (1–50) winners: To attend the Hendery's Meet & Greet Event & have a Group Photo with Hendery! The 50 winners will be divided into 5 groups of 10 persons each for the group photo session.
Next FIFTY (51–100) winners: To attend the Hendery's Meet & Greet Event
All ONE HUNDRED (1-100) winners: To receive a Special Gift from IN2IT
Hendery's Meet & Greet Event Details:
Date: 26 September 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 2:00pm – 5:00pm (Registration commences at 12:30pm)
Venue: Orange Concourse, Lower Ground (LG2) Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall.
No. 3, Jalan PJS 11/15, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
13. Only successful participants will be contacted using the mobile number and/or email address provided during submission. Successful participants are expected to receive notification from IN2IT Malaysia.
14. The Organiser will make up to three (3) contact attempts within forty-eight (48) hours from the first notification attempt using any or all of the following communication channels: • WhatsApp; and/or
• Email.
15. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided during submission are accurate, valid and contactable throughout the Campaign.
16. If a successful participant:
• cannot be contacted after three (3) contact attempts within forty-eight (48) hours;
• fails to respond within the stipulated forty-eight (48) hour period;
• fails to provide any information or supporting documents requested by the Organiser; or
• fails the verification process,
the participant shall be deemed to have forfeited the Meet & Greet Pass, and the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant and allocate the Meet & Greet Prizes to another eligible participant without further notice.
17. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable in any other form subject to such terms and conditions in which the Organiser may in its sole discretion impose. The Organiser may in its sole discretion exchange or substitute the prizes with another of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice. Prizes are strictly non-transferable — winners must attend the event in person and no plus-ones are permitted unless otherwise communicated.
DISQUALIFICATION
18. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to disqualify entries if:
• the entries are incomplete, illegible or disfigured; or
• the entries are submitted out of the Contest Period; or
• the entries are found using the same receipt number for multiple submissions; or
• the entries do not include the prescribed proof of purchase; or
• the entries are found using receipts that are suspected to be fake or fraudulent.
19. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to disqualify and/or exclude Participants and/or revoke prizes if:
• the Participant is ineligible or does not meet any of the eligibility criteria set out above; or
• the Participant does not provide the required proof of purchase upon receiving the request/notification from the Organiser; or
• the Participant breaches the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or has violated any applicable laws or regulations; or
• in the Organiser's sole determination, it believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception.
20. The decision of the Organiser is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
21. In the event that disqualification takes place after the announcement of Winners, there will be no selection of a replacement for the disqualified winner.
PRIVACY NOTICE
22. By participating, all participants agree and consent to their personal data being collected, processed, and used by the Organizer in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Notice, which is made available on IN2IT Malaysia's official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/in2itcosmetics.my) and/or IN2IT Malaysia's Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/in2itcosmetics.my).
23. In addition, and without prejudice to the terms in the Organizer's Privacy Notice, participants agree and consent to their personal data or information being collected, processed, and used by the Organizer for:
• the purposes of this contest;
• marketing and promotional activities conducted in such manner as the Organizer sees fit in any media, including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations, or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from the participants. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, as well as responses and related photographs.
24. The Organizer values the personal information that participants share. The personal information collected is with the consent of the participant and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By submitting an entry, participants agree and consent to the Organizer (including its appointed suppliers and/or agents) collecting, using, disclosing, and sharing amongst themselves the contents of participants' personal information, for the purpose of contacting, verifying, and administering the contest prizes redemption.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
25. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions contained herein, where necessary for legal, technical or commercial reasons and any such amendments shall be effective upon posting on IN2IT social media which are IN2IT Malaysia's official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/in2itcosmetics.my), IN2IT Malaysia's Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/in2itcosmetics.my) and/or IN2IT Malaysia’s Tik Tok page (https://www.tiktok.com/@in2itcosmetics.my).
26. For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Contest by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
27. The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to this Contest, including but not limited to the eligibility to participate, the selection of the Participants for this Contest, and winner selection, shall be final and binding. No further correspondence, appeals, protests or attempts to dispute the same shall be entertained.
28. The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injury incurred by Participants or Winners during participation in the Contest, including but not limited to prize redemption and event attendance.
29. This Contest is not organised by or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google. All Participants agree to comply with all rules and regulations as may be imposed by the respective platforms in respect of any posting thereon.
30. Information provided by Participants will only be used for the fulfilment of this Contest and is provided for the Organiser only, and not to any third-party social media or technology platforms.
31. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
32. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
33. Participation in this Contest constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
