Terms & Conditions

This campaign is organized by Watsons Malaysia (“Organiser”). The campaign is governed by the terms and conditions (including any amendments made thereto by the Organiser from time to time) contained herein (“Terms and Conditions”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the “WATSONS K-BEAUTY SHOP & WIN Campaign”. By participating, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.

Contest Period

This campaign will run from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, ending at 11:59 PM (MYT).
A total of three (3) winners will be selected for the Grand Prizes.
Winners will be announced via Watsons Malaysia’s official social media platforms.

Eligibility

This campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia aged 18 years and above, holding a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card.

The following persons are not eligible to participate:
a. Employees of the Organiser, Watsons Malaysia, including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members;
b. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and promotion service providers and their immediate family members.

Mechanics

Purchase any participating K-Beauty products at Watsons Malaysia (in-store and/or online, if applicable) within the Contest Period.
No minimum spend is required to participate in this campaign.
Submit your entry by uploading your proof of purchase (receipt) via the designated submission platform (e.g. Google Form / microsite / QR code).
Each valid receipt qualifies as one (1) entry unless otherwise stated.
Only one (1) entry per person is allowed throughout the Campaign Period.
Participants must retain the original receipt for verification purposes.

Winner Selection Process

Three (3) winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Winners will be selected based on random draw under the supervision of the Organiser.
Winners will be contacted via phone call and/or WhatsApp.
Winners must provide their Full Name (as per IC), IC Number, Contact Number, Email, and proof of purchase within three (3) days upon notification.
Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize and the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
The Organiser’s decision is final and binding.

Prize

Winners will receive the following prizes:
1st Prize: iPhone 17
2nd Prize: Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler
3rd Prize: AirPods

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equal value without prior notice.

Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if:

a. The Participant does not meet the eligibility criteria;
b. The Participant provides incomplete or inaccurate information;
c. The Participant breaches any Terms and Conditions;
d. The Participant is suspected of fraudulent activity or misconduct;
e. The Participant fails to provide proof of purchase upon request.

Privacy Notice

By participating, Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for purposes of administering this campaign.

The Organiser reserves the right to publish the name, image, and/or city of residence of winners for publicity purposes without compensation.

General Terms and Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the campaign without liability.
This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
