GKB KIDS RANGE GIFT WITH PURCHASE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Campaign Period

1. The “GKB Kids Range Gift with Purchase” (“Campaign”) runs from 4 September – 8 October 2025.
2. WATSONS MALAYSIA reserves the right to modify, extend, or end the Campaign Period at any time with adequate prior notice.

Eligibility

3. This Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens.
4. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of WATSONS MALAYSIA are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
5. Employee and immediate family members of the Organizers, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the contest;
6. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice to any party (‘The Extended Period’). Unless an extended period is announced, any entries received after contest period shall be treated as disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions’) which shall remain in full force and effect.

Participation Criteria

7. To qualify for the Gift with Purchase, participants must:

• Purchase any three (3) selected Kids Range products in a single transaction: GKB Kids Probiotic+Prebiotic 30s, GKB Kids Probiotic+Vitamin C 30s, or GKB Tiger Kids 30s.
• This promotion applies to both online and offline orders.
• For offline purchases, the free gift must be redeemed on the same day and at the same outlet of purchase.
• For online purchases, the free gift will be delivered together with the eligible purchase to the provided delivery address.
   

Gift Terms & Conditions

8. The free gift is one (1) Tetris Game Console per qualified transaction.
9. Free gifts are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
10. Free gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
11. WATSONS MALAYSIA reserve the right to substitute the gift with another of similar value without prior notice.
12. For online orders, free gifts will be delivered via Home Delivery only. No replacements will be made for Click & Collect Express (CCE) or Home Delivery Express (CDE) orders.
13. This offer is not applicable to previous purchases.

General Terms & Conditions

14. WATSONS MALAYSIA reserves the right to use participants’ names, photos, and city of residence for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WATSONS MALAYSIA expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of all gifts offered under this Campaign. All risks, loss, damage and/or injury associated with the use of the gifts shall be assumed by the Eligible Participants.
16. WATSONS MALAYSIA will not entertain any complaint whatsoever in connection with the gifts.
17. WATSONS MALAYSIA shall be entitled to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof and/or substitute or replace the gifts offered under this Campaign and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign by giving adequate notice to Eligible Participants.
18. No compensation in cash, refund, replacement or any kind shall be given to the Eligible Participants for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or an indirect result of such variation, deletion, addition or alteration of these Terms and Conditions and/or the extension, modification, cancellation, suspension or termination of this Campaign.
19. Decision of WATSONS MALAYSIA in relation to every aspect of this Campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive.
20. WATSONS MALAYSIA will not assume any responsibility for the gifts offered under this Campaign and accept no liability (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third party) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with this Campaign, even if WATSONS MALAYSIA have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
21. By acceptance or receipt of a gift, the Winner agrees to hold harmless WATSONS MALAYSIA and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim, action, proceeding, judgment, damage, loss, expense or liability suffered by WATSONS and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents in connection with such Winner’s participation in the Campaign or receipt, redemption or use of the gifts.
22. WATSONS MALAYSIA accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the gifts or the use thereof. Any tax filing obligation or any tax payment due to any authority as a result of receipt of the gifts remain the sole responsibility of the participant. It is the responsibility of each participant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his/her own financial situation.
