Eucerin - Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for ‘Eucerin® Dermopure Clinical Buy & Redeem Rosie Merchandise”, 1 February 2026 to 9 March 2026.

1. Redemption Period

This “Eucerin® Dermopure Clinical Buy & Redeem Rosie Merchandise” (“Redemption”) organized by Beiersdorf (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [77205-D] (“Organiser”) will run from 1 February 2026 to 9 March 2026 or while stocks last (“Redemption Period”).

2. Eligibility
   • This Redemption is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years old and above (as at the date of participation in this Redemption) holding a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (“Participants”).
   • This Redemption is only applicable for Participants purchase any two (2) Eucerin Dermopure products, including one (1) Eucerin Dermopure Triple Action 40ml at Watsons Malaysia physical stores only in a single receipt (online purchases are not eligible).
   • The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Redemption:
     1. Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses);
     2. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters including spouses).
        
         
3. 1. 3. How to Redeem:
         • Purchase any two (2) Eucerin Dermopure products including one (1) Eucerin Dermopure Triple Action 40ml at Watsons Malaysia physical stores only in a single receipt (online purchases are not eligible).
         • Participants must submit the proof of purchase (receipt) via WhatsApp to 011- 63782720 during the Redemption Period (1 February 2026 to 9 March 2026.)
         • Each receipt is eligible for the redemption of one (1) Rosie cap only, while stocks last.

1. 1. 4. Free Gift
         The free gift (“Gift”) is available while stocks last.

• The Gift consists of one (1) Rosie cap, issued at random:
  • Rosie Logo Cap (worth RM179)
  • Rosie Lightning Cap (worth RM169)
  • Rosie APT Cap (worth RM169)
• No selection of cap design is allowed.

1. 1. 5. Disqualification

• • • • All entries received out of the Redemption period shall automatically be disqualified.
      • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude Participants and/or revoke the Gift if: -
        1. The Participant is ineligible or does not meet any of the eligibility criteria set out in the above;
        2. The Participant breaches these Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Redemption or violated any applicable laws or regulations.
        3. In the Organiser’s sole determination, it believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Redemption by fraud, cheating or deception.

• 1. 6. Gift Redemption
        • Gift redemption is valid from 1 February 2026 until 9 March 2026, or while stocks last.
        • Participants are required to submit the following details via WhatsApp to 011- 63782720 for gift redemption:
• Proof of purchase (receipt)
• Copy of Malaysian Identity Card (IC)
• Full delivery address
  • • • Each eligible receipt is entitled to one (1) Gift redemption only, subject to verification by the Organiser.
      • All submissions will be reviewed and verified by the Organiser to confirm eligibility. Only verified and eligible submissions will be processed for Gift fulfilment.
      • Delivery of the Gift will be completed within approximately one (1) month from the date eligibility is successfully confirmed by the Organiser.
      • The Gift will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Participant.
      • The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failed delivery arising from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Participant.
      • The Organiser reserves the right to request original documents and/or additional information for verification purposes before processing the Gift redemption.

         By participating in this Redemption, all Participants agree and consent to allow their personal data being collected, processed, and used by the Organiser for:

• • • • the purposes of this Redemption;
      • &marketing and promotional activities conducted in such manner as the Organiser see fit in any media including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from the Participants. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, as well responses and related photographs.
