Terms and Conditions for “Eucerin Spotless Brightening Buy & Redeem Hun Designed Tudung”, 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026.

1. Redemption Period

This “Eucerin Spotless Brightening Buy & Redeem Hun Designed Tudung” (“Redemption”) organized by Beiersdorf (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [77205-D] (“Organiser”) will run from 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026 or while stocks last (“Redemption Period”).

2. Eligibility

This Redemption is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years old and above (as at the date of participation in this Redemption) holding a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (“Participants”).
This Redemption is only applicable for Participants who purchase above RM120 for any Eucerin Spotless Brightening products at Watsons Malaysia and Guardian Malaysia physical stores only in a single receipt (online purchases are not eligible).
Redemption and delivery are applicable to addresses within West Malaysia only. Deliveries to East Malaysia are not eligible under this Redemption.
Each Participant is only entitled to one (1) redemption throughout the entire Redemption Period, based on one (1) valid Malaysian Identity Card (IC), regardless of the number of receipts submitted.

The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Redemption:

Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses);
Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters including spouses).

3. How to Redeem:

Purchase above RM120 for any Eucerin Spotless Brightening products at Watsons Malaysia and Guardian Malaysia physical stores only in a single receipt (online purchases are not eligible).
Participants must submit the proof of purchase (receipt) via WhatsApp to 011-12192833 during the Redemption Period (1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026.)
Each eligible receipt is entitled to one (1) Hun Designed Tudung only, subject to a maximum of one (1) redemption per Participant per Malaysian Identity Card (IC) throughout the entire Redemption Period, while stocks last.

4. Free Gift

The free gift (“Gift”) is available while stocks last.

• The Gift consists of one (1) Hun Designed Tudung.

5. Disqualification

All entries received out of the Redemption period shall automatically be disqualified.
Submitting multiple entries using the same Malaysian Identity Card (IC) or attempting to redeem more than once shall result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude Participants and/or revoke the Gift if: -
1. The Participant is ineligible or does not meet any of the eligibility criteria set out in the above;
2. The Participant breaches these Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Redemption or violated any applicable laws or regulations.
3. In the Organiser’s sole determination, it believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Redemption by fraud, cheating or deception.

6. Gift Redemption

Gift redemption is valid from 1 March 2026 until 31 March 2026, or while stocks last.

Participants are required to submit the following details via WhatsApp to 011-12192833 for gift redemption:

– Proof of purchase (receipt)

– Copy of Malaysian Identity Card (IC)

– Full delivery address

The Organiser reserves the right to reject multiple submissions made using the same Malaysian Identity Card (IC). Only one (1) Gift redemption is permitted per IC throughout the Redemption Period.
All submissions will be reviewed and verified by the Organiser to confirm eligibility. Only verified and eligible submissions will be processed for Gift fulfilment.
Delivery of the Gift will be completed within approximately one (1) month from the date eligibility is successfully confirmed by the Organiser.
The Gift will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Participant.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failed delivery arising from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Participant.
The Organiser reserves the right to request original documents and/or additional information for verification purposes before processing the Gift redemption.

7. Privacy Notice

By participating in this Redemption, all Participants agree and consent to allow their personal data being collected, processed, and used by the Organiser for:

the purposes of this Redemption;
marketing and promotional activities conducted in such manner as the Organiser see fit in any media including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from the Participants. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, as well responses and related photographs.

8. General Terms and Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions contained herein, where necessary for legal, technical or commercial reasons and any such amendments shall be effective upon posting on Eucerin® Malaysia’s Facebook page.
For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Redemption by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants(s) to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Redemption, including but not limited to the eligibility to participate, the selection of the Participants for this Redemption, shall be final and binding. No further correspondence, appeals, protests or attempts to dispute the same shall be entertained.
Information provided by Participants will only be used for the fulfilment of this Redemption and is provided for the Organiser only
The terms and condition herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
