1. Organizer:
This contest is organized by GlamPick Sdn. Bhd (COSRX). (“Contest”). The Contest is governed by the terms and conditions (including any amendments made thereto by COSRX from time to time) herein contained (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you enter the “COSRX 2022 4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS SEOUL TRIP FOR TWO” contest. By entering, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from participating in this contest.
* The Terms & Conditions of this Contest may be subject to changes by the organizer prior to the commencement of the contest date.

2. Eligibility:
2.1. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above (as at the date of participation of this contest) holding a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card only (“Participant(s)”).
2.2. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
2.2.1. Employees of the Organiser, GlamPick Sdn. Bhd. and Watsons Malaysia including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); and/or representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or contest service providers of Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters including spouses)
2.3. The eligible spend for contest entry excludes purchases of Touch ‘n Go Reload, Pin Top-Up, Refunds, other non-retail spends and delivery charges for Watsons Online Store

3. The Contest
3.1. How to participate?
Step 1: Spend RM80 on any COSRX products in a single receipt on Watsons official website, Watsons mobile app, or any Watsons physical store.
Step 2: Submit your receipt on WhatsApp to 011-33324979

3.2. Contest prizes
3.2.1. Spend RM80 on any COSRX products in a single receipt at Watsons stores or Watsons online to stand a chance to win COSRX 4 Days 3 Nights Seoul Trip For Two (includes flights + accommodation + meal) including a chance to visit COSRX HQ. (Travel date: to be determined).

3.3. Winner selection logic
3.3.1. Organizer to filter all the eligible shoppers who meet the spending criteria.
3.3.2. 1 Lucky Watsons shopper will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries received by 24 September 2022 at 11.59PM, and will be announced on 3 October 2022 at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, via GlamPick Facebook Page or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizer. If Watsons unable to contact the lucky member several attempts within 7 days from the time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Watsons or the Organizer on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
3.3.4. The risks of redeeming prizes are in the hands of the prize winner. All relevant costs and expenses to redeem one’s prizes are borne by the winner themselves. Inclusive airport taxes, airport tipping fees, fuel surcharge, and travel insurance.
3.3.5. The decisions made by the judges/the Organizer are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kinds of medium will not be entertained.
3.3.6. The winner is bound by the terms and conditions that come with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.
3.3.7. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept prize by the winner once informed via the Organizer when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner and the Organizer reserves its rights to award the prize to another winner. Any cancellation and/or refund request once the booking of the prize has been made is strictly not allowed.

3.4. Winner announcement
3.4.1. Winner will be announced on 3 October 2022 on GlamPick Facebook Page at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer.
3.5. Contest period
3.5.1. 6 August 2022 (from 12:00am) to 24 September 2022 (up to 11:59pm)

3.6. Contest participant eligibility
3.6.1. The Organizer reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the prizes with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. All prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
3.6.2. The visual of the prizes on www.watsons.com.my or any official promotional materials for this Contest serve as illustration purposes only.
3.6.3. All prizes are used/accepted entirely at the risk of the winners at all times and the Organizer excludes all responsibility in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
3.6.4. All prizes given are on “as is” basis. The title in the prizes and any risk of loss or damage to the prizes is passed to the prize winners upon physical delivery of the prizes to the prize winners. The Organizer, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for the misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss, expenses, costs, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with and/or the prizes associated with this Contest.

3.7. Other Contest Details & Terms and Conditions
3.7.1. Watsons’ decisions on any matter relating to this Contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Watsons.
3.7.2. Watsons may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Contest and extending the Contest Period. Any such changes will be announced on our website or official Facebook page.
3.7.3. By participating in the Contest, all participants:-
i. consent for Watsons to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest; and
ii. consent for Watsons to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that Watsons sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
iii. grant Watsons the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

4. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Contest.

6. Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”):
6.1 By participating in this Contest , the Participants provide their consent to allow Watsons Malaysia to collect, use, and disclose their personal data to any third party, all personal data of the participants provided by the participants pursuant to this Contest for any and all purposes relating to this Contest and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of Watsons Malaysia including, without limitation for the running of this Contest and or any event or publicity of the Contest in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
6.2 The Participants acknowledge that Watsons Malaysia is authorized to process the personal data provided pursuant to this Contest in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found on http://www.watsons.com.my/privacy-policy.
