TERMS s CONDITIONS

ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY

1. The CETAPHIL X WATSONS Bright Healthy Radiance Spend C Win Exclusive Contest [“Contest”] is organised by GALDERMA MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. [201801029950 (1291976-D)] [“the Organiser”] and is open to all residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) years and above as of 01/01/2026 [each a “Participant” and collectively, the “Participants”].
2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest:
   1. Employees of the Organiser [including its affiliated and related companies] and their immediate family members [spouse, children, parents, siblings (and their spouses)]; and/or
   2. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion, fulfilment, or judging service providers appointed by the Organiser [including their affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members [spouse, children, parents, siblings (and their spouses)].
3. The Organiser shall reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the eligibility of any Participant, and to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who:
   1. does not fall within the category of Participants and/or who are in breach of the Contest Rules and Regulations.
   2. fails to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the timeframe stipulated by the Organiser; or
   3. is reasonably suspected of fraud, misconduct, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4. For the purposes of administering the Contest, Participants acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal data by the Organiser in accordance with applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
5. The Organiser’s determination of eligibility shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

DURATION

The Contest will run from 01/09/2026 to 31/10/2026 [“the Contest Period”]. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Contest Period and/or cancel/terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA AND SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

1. General Conditions

1. 1. All results are subject to verification by the Organiser.
   2. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to request supporting documents or proof (including but not limited to sales records, system reports, or audit logs) at any time. Failure to provide such proof within the stipulated timeframe may result in disqualification.
   3. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant data or records shall be disqualified.
   4. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest, including but not limited to verification and winner determination, shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
2. Criteria and Submission of Entries
   1. Participants are eligible to compete for the Prize under this category by completing the required activity in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
   2. To qualify, Participants must:
      1. Buy a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Hundred (RM100) worth of Cetaphil Bright Healthy Radiance products in a single receipt.
      2. Submit your receipt via WhatsApp to +6011-1543 2060.
   3. The winner shall be declared, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
   4. Participants are required to submit proof of purchase (receipt) and/or submission of links upon request by the Organiser. Failure to provide such proof within the stipulated timeframe may result in disqualification.
   5. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to disqualify any submission or engagement that is deemed to be fraudulent, artificially generated, manipulated, non-genuine, or otherwise in breach of any applicable platform rules or these Terms and Conditions.

PRIZES

The total prize pool for the Contest consists of

1. Grand Prize: Branded straightener valued at Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-Nine (RM2,599); and
2. First Prize: Pandora Gift Card valued at Ringgit Malaysia Hundred and Fifty (RM150) each for ten (10) winners; and
3. Second Prize: Watsons Voucher valued at Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50) each for twenty (20) winners,

subject to the Organiser’s right to substitute prizes with others of equivalent value.

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Winners will be announced on the official Cetaphil Malaysia Facebook and Instagram pages. Such announcement shall be deemed sufficient notification to all winners.

2. The organiser will also attempt to contact the selected winners via direct message and/or any other contact details provided by the Participants. However, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in such notification.
3. Winners are required to respond to the Organiser within 7 days of the date of notification and/or first notification (whichever is earlier) and provide all required information for prize fulfilment.
4. In the event a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond and provide all required information within the stipulated timeframe, or declines the Prize, the Organiser reserves the absolute right to disqualify the winner and select the next eligible winner at its sole discretion.
5. All Prizes must be claimed within two (2) months from the date of notification, failing which the Prize shall be forfeited without any further notice.
6. The use of any Prize provided by third parties shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions imposed by such third parties. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of such third parties.
7. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including death) suffered by any Participant in the Contest or the use of any Prize.
8. All costs and expenses incurred in relation to participation in the Contest and/or redemption of the Prize shall be borne solely by the Participants and/or winners.

RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER

1. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to vary, amend, or revise the Contest mechanics, winner selection process, and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prize with similar value at its sole discretion.
3. By participating, Outlets (through their authorised representatives) agree that the Organiser may use any names, images, or materials for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

DATA PROTECTION

1. By participating, authorised representatives of participating Outlets consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal data for purposes of administering the Contest.
2. The Organiser may appoint third-party service providers to process personal data, subject to confidentiality obligations.
3. Participants’ rights under applicable laws include:
   1. the right to withdraw consent;
   2. the right to access personal data (subject to applicable fees);
