SPEND AND WIN WITH BEAUTY OF JOSEON T&C

1. Organizer
   • The “SPEND AND WIN WITH BEAUTY OF JOSEON” is organised by StyleKorean Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”/ “StyleKorean Malaysia”).
      
2. The Campaign Period

The “SPEND AND WIN WITH BEAUTY OF JOSEON” (“this Campaign”) shall run from 02 OCT – 27 OCT 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

2. • STYLEKOREAN MALAYSIA reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period.
      
3. Eligibility
   • This Campaign is open to all Malaysia Citizen, and aged 18 years and above.
   • The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice to any party (‘The Extended Period’). Unless an extended period is announced, any entries received after contest period shall be treated as disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions’) which shall remain in full force and effect.
     
     Prizes & Participation Criteria
     • To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Participant will need shop min. RM50 Online (WatsonsMY App or Watsons.com.my).
     • Eligible spending excludes Touch ‘n Go Reload, PIN Top-Up, Refunds, and other non-retail spends within WATSONS MALAYSIA stores and Delivery charges at www.watsons.com.my
     • Participant will need to submit relevant details, including receipt number at https://forms.gle/LwnTXwgs3z4GFE1Q7  within the Campaign Period.
     • Combined receipts are not allowed.
     • Multiple submissions are accepted provided it is with different receipt number with qualified amount spent.
        
4. The Promotion
   • How to participate?

• Step 1: Spend a minimum of RM50 on any Beauty of Joseon products at Watsons (in-store or online).
• Step 2: Snap a photo of your receipt.
• Step 3: WhatsApp the photo and your details (Name, IC, Phone Number) to 018-788 8252.
  • Promotion prizes
    • Shop at Watsons with RM50 min. spend stand a chance to win
      • 1 (one) of the 2D1N stay at The RuMa Hotel (Grand Twin Accessible Room) for 3 (three) eligible winner.
      • 1 (one) of the Relief Sun Aqua Fresh Kit for 30 (thirty) eligible winner

• • Winner selection logic
    • StyleKorean Malaysia to filter all the eligible members who meet the spending criteria and payment platform.
    • Lucky participants will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries received by 27 OCT 2025 and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizer. If StyleKorean Malaysia unable to contact the lucky participants several attempts within 3 days from the time deemed by the Organizer, StyleKorean Malaysia reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Watsons on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
    • The risks of redeeming prizes are in the hands of the prize winners. All relevant costs and expenses to redeem one’s prizes are borne by the winners themselves. Including shipping fees.
    • The decisions made by the judges/the Organizer are final, binding, and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kinds of medium will not be entertained.
    • The winner is bound by the terms and conditions that comes with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.
    • The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept prize by the winner once informed via StyleKorean Malaysia when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner and StyleKorean Malaysia reserves it rights to award the prize to another winner. Any cancellation and/ or refund request once the booking of the prize has been made is strictly not allowed.

    • 2 OCT (from 12:00am) to 27 OCT 2025 (up to 11:59pm)

• • Promotion participant eligibility
    • The Organizer reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the prizes with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. All prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
    • The visual of the prizes in www.watsons.com.my or any official promotional materials for this Promotion serve as illustration purposes only.
    • All prizes are used/accepted entirely at the risk of the winners at all times and the Organizer excludes all responsibility in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
    • All prizes given are on “as is” basis. The title in the prizes and any risk of loss or damage to the prizes is passed to the prize winners upon physical delivery of the prizes to the prize winners. The Organizer, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for the misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss, expenses, costs, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with and/or the prizes associated with this Promotion.

5. • Other Promotion Details & Terms and Conditions
     • StyleKorean Malaysia’ decisions on any matter relating to this Promotion are final and binding on all participants.  If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by StyleKorean Malaysia.
     • StyleKorean Malaysia may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Promotion and extending the Promotion Period. Any such changes will be announced on our website or official Instagram page.
     • By participating in the Promotion, all participants: -
       - consent for StyleKorean Malaysia to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion; and
       - consent for StyleKorean Malaysia to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that Watsons sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
       - grant StyleKorean Malaysia the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
        
6. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Promotion.

   • By participating in this Contest, the Participants provides their consent to allow Watsons Malaysia to collect, use, and disclose their personal data to any third party, the personal data of the Participant provided by the Participant pursuant to this Campaign for any and all purposes relating to this Campaign and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of Watsons Malaysia including, without limitation for the running of this Campaign and or any event or publicity of the contest in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
   • The Participant acknowledges that StyleKorean Malaysia is authorized to process the personal data provided pursuant to this Campaign in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found on http://www.watsons.com.my/privacy-policy.
