WATSONS KFINITY 2025 eStamp Rewards Campaign 

Terms and Condition eStamp Campaign 

1. This promotion is exclusive to all Watsons Member and employees of WATSONS PERSONAL CARE STORES SND BHD only (“Participant”). 

2. The Participant is entitled to one (1) eStamp each with every purchase of RM40 in a single receipt made at any Watsons stores or Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my). 

3. Combination receipts of the total sum of RM40 are not acceptable. 

4. The Participant may collect the eStamp starting from 2^nd October 2025 to 15^th October 2025 (“KFINITY 2025 eStamp Rewards Campaign”) at any Watsons stores or Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my). Redemption of (“Product”) shall commence from 2^nd October 2025 to 21^st October 2025 (“KFINITY 2025 eStamp Rewards Campaign”). 
      

E-Stamps 

1. For the collection of eStamps, the Participant must be a Watsons member located in Malaysia and activated with an online Watsons account only. 

2. The number of eStamps will be automatically updated in the Watsons App within twenty-four (24) hours after the Participant made a minimum purchase of RM40 on Total Company Products brands in a single receipt at any Watsons stores, or within twenty-four (24) hours after the online order is completed (delivered) for purchases made via Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my). 

3. Participant must collect at least minimum 5 eStamp + pay RM50 for ESTAMP WS KFINITY TICKET 1PAX to enjoy a promotional price for Watsons Club Zone ticket and redeem via Watsons App/ Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my). 

4. Redemption is limited to a total of 420 units of ESTAMP WS KFINITY TICKET 1PAX. Each individual is entitled to redeem a maximum of two (2) tickets only, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. The eStamp is not interchangeable to any physical printed stamp once the physical printed stamp is converted to an eStamp. 

5. The eStamps are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or other Watsons voucher. 

6. No eStamp will be awarded for any payment made for redemption of Product. 

7. No eStamp will be awarded for any purchased at Watsons on ground event & roadshow. 

8. The eStamps are non-transferable and cannot be resold. 

9. Neither Watsons Member Point nor Rebates will be awarded or calculated for any payment made for redemption of Product. 

10. The minimum purchase requirement of RM40 in a single receipt shall exclude the refund for returned goods, if any. Subject to the Watsons return and refund policy, if the total amount of the single receipt does not meet the minimum purchase requirement after the deduction of the price of the returned goods, the related eStamps shall be automatically deducted from Watsons App. 

11. E-Voucher are not accepted for the payment for the redemption of Product. 

12. There are strictly no exchange or refund for an item once it has been redeemed. Any defective or faulty Product shall be made directly to the Brand Owner of the Products. Any request made after the said period shall not be entertained. 

13. All claims for warranty will be bear by the Brand itself, customers shall reach out to the respective brand company to claim their warranty / replace of goods if faulty. 

14. The availability of Product shall be based on a “while stocks last” basis. 

15. Watsons reserves the absolute right to substitute any Product with that of a similar value without any prior notice. 

16. The Product is not for sale and only for redemption subject to the conditions contained herein during the Product Redemption Period or until such other period to be determined by Watsons. 

17. Upon successful redemption of the ESTAMP WS KFINITY TICKET 1PAX via Watsons App or Watsons Online, the Participant will receive a physical confirmation letter delivered to the address provided during the checkout process. 

18. Delivery of the physical confirmation letter will take approximately seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the date of order. Watsons shall not be held liable for any delays caused by courier service providers or incorrect address details provided by the Participant. 

19. The physical confirmation letter serves as proof of redemption and must be presented by the Participant on 1st November 2025 at the Watsons Pink Store, Sunway Pyramid to redeem the event wristband. 

20. The wristband is mandatory for entry into the KFINITY Music Festival 2025 – Watsons Club Zone. No entry will be permitted without the wristband. 

21. Redemption of wristbands is strictly limited to the date and location specified. Watsons will not entertain any requests for wristband collection outside of the stated time and venue. 

22. The physical confirmation letter is non-transferable and must match the Participant’s registered details. Watsons reserves the right to verify identity during wristband redemption. 

23. Lost, stolen, or damaged confirmation letters will not be replaced. Participants are responsible for the safekeeping of their confirmation letter. 

24. Watsons reserves the right to amend the wristband redemption process, including venue and timing, with prior notice via official communication channels. 

25. In the event of any discrepancy between the amount of eStamps on Watsons App and the amount of eStamps on Watsons system, the amount of eStamps on Watsons system shall prevail. 

26. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Watson’s management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained. 

27. Watsons reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and Watsons will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting therefrom. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions. 

28. Watsons collects the Participant’s personal information specifically the Participant’s name and contact particulars for related administration and marketing purposes. If the Participant does not give Watsons these details, the Participant is unable to enjoy the promotion. By participating this promotion, the Participant consents to the processing of his/her personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions. 

29. Watsons will handle the personal information in accordance with Watson’s Personal Data Privacy Notice which can be found in https://www.watsons.com.my/privacy-policy. 

Event Attendance Terms & Conditions 
Entry Requirements 

1. Admission by valid e-ticket / QR code / wristband only. 

2. Security checks will be conducted at entry points. 

3. Large bags (bigger than 35cm x 20cm), outside food & beverages, professional cameras, selfie sticks, long umbrellas, laser pointers, sharp objects, hazardous items, noisemakers, balloons, large signs (bigger than A3), unofficial show merchandise, or light sticks are strictly prohibited. 

4. No pets allowed. 

5. No smoking or vaping is allowed (venue is a non-smoking compound). 

6. Re-entry is permitted with both a valid event wristband and the official venue stamp. Attendees must present both for verification upon re-entry. Without either one, re-entry will be denied. 

7. Re-entry is allowed for toilet or emergency purposes only. Please ensure you keep your ticket/QR code and wristband intact for verification at the gate. 

Age Limitations 

1. Admission is not permitted for children below 6 years of age. 

2. Children aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who may cause risk to themselves or others. 

Photography, Recording & Media 

1. Professional photography, videography, or audio recording is strictly prohibited. 

2. Mobile phone usage for personal recording may be subject to restrictions as announced by the organizer. 

3. By entering the venue, you grant the organizer the right to photograph, film, and/or record you. Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media, without further consent or compensation. 

4. Personal phone recording is allowed, but professional filming equipment is not permitted without approval. 
    
    

Safety & Notifications 

1. No weapon, explosive, toxic, flammable, narcotic, or other item that may cause a potential safety hazard or disturbance is allowed. 

2. The organizer reserves the right to carry out body and bag checks for security purposes upon entering the venue. 

3. Attendees are advised to stay hydrated and follow staff instructions at all times. 

4. Medical assistance and first-aid will be available on-site. 

5. Wearing a face mask during the event is advisable for your own health concern. 

6. If you are tested COVID positive, under quarantine, have had close contact with a COVID patient, or are displaying COVID symptoms, please refrain from attending the event. 

7. In case of emergency, please follow the venue’s evacuation procedures. 

8. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of property incurred during the event, except where directly caused by gross negligence of the organizer. 

Event Policies & Cancellation 

1. The organizer reserves the right to deny your entry if terms and conditions are not met. 

2. The organizer reserves the right to deny admission and cancel any tickets that breach the venue or ticketing T&C without any refund. 

3. The organizer reserves the right to revise the event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice. 

4. If an event is cancelled or postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all users. However, it is the responsibility of the user to keep themselves updated with the event information. 

5. The organizer and ticketing agent would not be held liable for any expenses incurred in respect to travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of an event. 

6. In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, or government restriction, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. 

7. The actual performance time is based on on-site situations. 

8. Organizer reserves the right to change the terms & conditions at any time. 

Special Services & Useful Tips 

1. Accessible seating and assistance available for attendees with disabilities (advance notice required). 

2. Official food & beverage stalls available at venue. 

3. Arrive early to avoid long queues. 

4. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. 

5. Bring along a raincoat/poncho in case of rainy weather (umbrellas are not allowed).

2. The number of eStamps will be automatically updated in the Watsons App within twenty-four (24) hours after the Participant made a minimum purchase of RM40 on any Health Products brands in a single receipt at any Watsons stores, or within twenty-four (24) hours after the online order is completed (delivered) for purchases made via Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my).
3. To redeem 1 unit of ST. Ives Exfoliating Toner 197.5ml (any variant) (“Product”), the Participant must collect at least 2 ST. Ives eStamps + pay RM1 and redeem via Watsons App/ Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.my).
4. The eStamp is not interchangeable with any physical printed stamp once the physical printed stamp is converted to an eStamp.
5. Each Participant is only allowed to collect a maximum of thirty (30) eStamps during the Stamp Collection Period.
6. The eStamps are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or other Watsons voucher.
7. The eStamps are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
8. The minimum purchase requirement of RM20 in a single receipt shall exclude the refund for returned goods, if any. Subject to the Watsons return and refund policy, if the total amount of the single receipt does not meet the minimum purchase requirement after the deduction of the price of the returned goods, the related eStamps shall be automatically deducted from the Watsons App.
9. There is strictly no exchange or refund for an item once it has been redeemed.
10. The availability of the Product shall be based on a “while stocks last” basis.
11. Watsons reserves the absolute right to substitute any Product with that of a similar value without any prior notice.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the amount of eStamps on Watsons App and the amount of eStamps on Watsons system, the amount of eStamps on Watsons system shall prevail.
13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Watson’s management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries, or appeals shall be entertained.
14. Watsons reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice, and Watsons will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting therefrom. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.
15. Watsons collects the Participant’s personal information, specifically the Participant’s name and contact particulars, for related administration and marketing purposes. If the Participant does not give Watsons these details, the Participant is unable to enjoy the promotion. By participating in this promotion, the Participant consents to the processing of his/her personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions.
