How to Use
Can be taken on its own or mix with milk or water, either before or after meals.
•1 12 months old: 2.5 ml (half teaspoon), once daily
•2 3 years old: 5ml (one teaspoon), once daily
•4 years and above: 10ml (two teaspoons), once daily
Use half of the recommended dosage for babies on infant milk formula.

Ingredients
Each 2 teaspoons (10ml) contain Vitamin A 4000iu, Vitamin D 400iu, Vitamin C 35mg, Vitamin B1 1.4mg, Vitamin B2 1.7mg, Vitamin B6 0.7mg, Vitamin E 3mg (3iu), Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 18mg, Cod Liver Oil 200mg.
Containing 0.1% Sodium Benzoate as preservative. No added salt, corn starch, gluten, nut, hydrogenated fats, yeast and lactose.
