Define your eyebrows using the angled side of the brow pencil Feather a soft line along the upper and lower edges of your natural eyebrow shape Use the flat side of the brow pencil to fill, working in short, feathery strokes and moving in the direction of your natural hair growth Comb through with the spoolie brush end to blend the color
