TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RM10 OCTOBER CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970- T))(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions and Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions (iii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iv) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (v) Boost Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period

30 September 2021 until 27 October 2021

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. Spend minimum of RM60 at any Watsons outlets or Watsons online website and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) receive RM10 Watsons Wallet (“Reward”).

2. Limited to the first 5,000 transactions and at 1x per user per Transaction.

3. The Reward will only be given upon a successful Transaction. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward, but the Reward must be utilized to make a transaction at Watson’s outlets or Watsons’ online store at https://www.watsons.com.my/ only.

4. Reward must be utilized by 16 November 2021. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 500 BOOST COINS CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970- T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions (which shall govern the use of the Boost coins rewarded under this Campaign).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

30 September 2021 until 27 October 2021

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:

1. Customers who spend a minimum of RM100 and above in a single transaction and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) at any Watson’s outlets or Watson’s online website will be eligible to receive 500 Boost coins (“Boost Coins”) via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction, for level 1 to level 5 users.

2. The 500 Boost Coins will be credited to eligible users within 5 working days after the Campaign Period ends.

3. Limited to the first 4,000 transactions and at 2x per user.

4. The Boost Coins must be utilized within 12 months from receiving Boost Coins, failing which the Boost Coins shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the Customers shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
