4. Buyer are responsible for the both way shipping fee or you can visit our Service Center for the warranty claim.
After Sales Service :
1. Please check the parcel and products all in good condition & functions once received. If it exceeds 7 days (after receiving the items), defective items returned will no longer be accepted.
2. If you find our product unsatisfactory for exchange reason size, model, capacity, you can exchange the item in its original, brand-new condition within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for the price top up and both way shipping fee.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
