Product Usage

Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heated areas. Keep out of reach of children. Do not cut or break the laundry pods. Avoid contact with your eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. If swallowed, rinse mouth, do not induce vomiting and call a physician immediately. Read the laundry symbols on the washing label before washing to avoid colour fading. Do not use for non-washable clothes. Wear rubber gloves if you have sensitive or damaged skin. Do not handle laundry pods with wet or moist hands nor expose to moisture. Do not use in super quick wash mode under 18 minutes. Do not cut or puncture packets. If packets stick together, do not try to separate them. Stored separately from alkalis and should not be mixed.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
