- Subjected to Rx instore availability.
- Subjected to delivery service provider availability.
- Same day delivery (within 1 hour after successful payment is made), as long as successful payment is conducted before cut off time 7pm daily.
- If order payment is made after 7pm cut off time, it will be next day delivery before 2pm.
FAQ
The live chat with doctor is currently available on Mon-Sun from 9am-10pm. Based on demand, there may be a short wait, but a doctor will be with you as quickly as possible.
Both over-the-counter and prescribed medications are available.
You will get a valid e-prescription issued by doctors on duty in the live chat.
All doctors are strictly screened through and verified by our partner – DOC2US’s Medical Board before they are accepted to join the platform.
You can place order online & collect your medication through Click & Collect Express service / through Express delivery at selected Watsons' Pharmacy stores. The order is ready for collection within 1 hour or delivered to your doorstep within 1 hour after payment before cut off time 7pm daily. If order payment is made after 7pm cut off time, the order will be ready the next day. You will receive an SMS for order collection with information on the selected pharmacy operating days & hours.
Click & Collect Express order that has not been collected after 5 days will be cancelled and returned. For more information about Click & Collect Express, you may refer to here.
