Charge the NIIMBOT B1 Pro using the supplied USB Type-C cable before first use. Press the cover-release button and open the label compartment. Adjust the paper guides and insert a compatible NIIMBOT label roll with the printing surface facing down. Leave approximately 2–3 cm of label paper outside the paper outlet, then close the cover securely. Press and hold the power button for approximately 2–3 seconds to switch on the printer. Download the NIIMBOT app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Enable Bluetooth and the required app permissions on your mobile device. Open the NIIMBOT app and connect to “NIIMBOT B1 Pro” from inside the app. Select the correct label size or scan the barcode printed on the label packaging. Add text, images, barcodes, QR codes, borders, icons or other information. Check the print preview, adjust the print density if required, and tap “Print”. Tear off the printed label carefully and apply it to a clean, smooth and dry surface.^BM^Cas NIIMBOT B1 Pro menggunakan kabel USB Jenis-C yang dibekalkan sebelum penggunaan pertama. Tekan butang pelepas penutup dan buka petak label. Laraskan panduan kertas dan masukkan gulungan label NIIMBOT yang serasi dengan permukaan pencetakan menghadap ke bawah. Biarkan kira-kira 2–3 cm kertas label di luar soket kertas, kemudian tutup penutup dengan ketat. Tekan dan tahan butang kuasa selama kira-kira 2–3 saat untuk menghidupkan pencetak. Muat turun aplikasi NIIMBOT daripada Apple App Store atau Google Play Store. Dayakan Bluetooth dan kebenaran aplikasi yang diperlukan pada peranti mudah alih anda. Buka aplikasi NIIMBOT dan sambungkan ke “NIIMBOT B1 Pro” dari dalam aplikasi. Pilih saiz label yang betul atau imbas kod bar yang dicetak pada pembungkusan label. Tambah teks, imej, kod bar, kod QR, sempadan, ikon atau maklumat lain. Semak pratonton cetakan, laraskan ketumpatan cetakan jika perlu dan ketik “Cetak”. Koyakkan label yang dicetak dengan berhati-hati dan sapukan pada permukaan yang bersih, licin dan kering.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
