On Breakout Days: 1. Soothing Facial Cleanser (30ml): Gently cleanse the skin to remove excess oil and impurities without stripping moisture. 2.Acne Patch: Apply directly onto active breakouts to absorb pus and protect from bacteria. Replace when patch turns white or after 68 hours. 3. Triple Action Serum (5ml): Apply 12 pumps onto affected areas to treat acne, reduce redness, and fade scars. 4. Brightening Face Creme (5ml): Finish with a lightweight layer to hydrate, calm, and rebalance the skin barrier. On Non-Breakout Days: 1. Soothing Facial Cleanser (30ml): Use daily, morning and night, to keep skin clean and refreshed. 2. Triple Action Serum (5ml): Apply evenly to target dullness and prevent new breakouts. 3. Brightening Face Creme (5ml): Moisturise to maintain clarity, brightness, and long-term barrier health.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
 - Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
 - Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
 
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
 - Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
 - Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
 - Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
