Trim to fit if necessary.Allow time to mould: Wear the insoles regularly to allow the Plastazote® foam to respond to your body heat and naturally conform to the unique shape of your foot. This ensures optimal comfort, support, and pressure distribution.Use daily: For best results, wear the insoles daily. They are ideal for people with diabetes, arthritis, skin sensitivities, or anyone seeking friction-free comfort and impact reduction.Footwear compatibility: Suitable for most closed footwear including walking shoes, casual footwear, and work shoes.
