SHAKE WELL BEFORE EACH USE
For use on dogs and cats. Wet pet thoroughly with warm water. Apply liberal amount of shampoo and gently massage from head to tail while avoiding eyes. Apply heavier in affected areas. Allow 3 to 5 minutes contact time before rinsing well with warm water.
Repeat bathing semi-weekly or weekly. If needed apply Aller-911 Hot Spot Foam to hot spots or sores daily according to directions until conditions are under control.
Routine and Grooming Use:
Apply as directed above except contact time may be shortened. Bathe monthly or as needed.^BM^Arahan Penggunaan:

Untuk kegunaan anjing dan kucing. Basahkan haiwan peliharaan sepenuhnya dengan air suam. Sapukan jumlah syampu yang mencukupi dan urut perlahan dari kepala hingga ke ekor sambil mengelakkan kawasan mata. Sapukan lebih banyak pada kawasan yang terjejas. Biarkan selama 3 hingga 5 minit sebelum dibilas dengan bersih menggunakan air suam.
Ulang mandian dua kali seminggu atau seminggu sekali. Jika perlu, sapukan Aller-911 Hot Spot Foam pada kawasan panas atau luka setiap hari mengikut arahan sehingga keadaan terkawal.
Penggunaan Rutin dan Dandanan:
Gunakan seperti arahan di atas, tetapi tempoh sentuhan boleh dipendekkan. Mandikan sebulan sekali atau mengikut keperluan.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
