Product Usage
General Washing Machine : Amount of water (100L: 90ML) (85L: 76ML) (70L: 63ML) (50L: 45ML) Drum Washing Machine : Amount of laundry (10KG or more: 50ML) (5~7KG: 35ML) (3KG or below: 25ML) ・Be careful not to let the detergent come into direct contact with clothing; dissolve it well in water before using. ・Do not mix with other detergents. ・When soaking and washing, the soaking time should be less than 30 minutes to protect the garment. ・Do not use groundwater or rusty water that contains a lot of metals, as it may damage your clothing.
Ingredients
Purified water, sodium lauryl ether sulfate (anion-based)・Preservatives: Sodium benzoate, surfactants : polyoxyethylene lauryl ether (non-ionic), alkyl polyglucoside (non-ionic), Cocamidopropyl betaine (amphoteric ionic system)
Warnings
・Please observe the standard usage and follow the instructions and precautions. ・Do not use for anything other than washing. Keep sealed after use. ・Keep out of reach of children ・Do not allow contents to come into contact with eyes. ・Keep the container sealed at all times. ・After use, store the remaining amount in the original container to avoid misuse. ・If you have sensitive skin, wear rubber gloves when washing by hand or using for a long time. ・Do not place the product contents in spray bottles or similar containers. ・This product may be exchanged or compensated in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards announced by the Fair Trade Commission. ・The product is vegetable-based. As it contains natural extracts, you may occasionally notice white or brown sediment. However, please be assured that this does not affect the quality of the product. It is safe to use. Please note that using more than the recommended amount will not increase its cleaning power and may contribute to water pollution.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
