Description
A water phase and an oil phase of two lightweight oils with easy spreading and high emolliency. It imparts a light, smooth feel with a non-drying excellent cleansing properties. Most importantly, it is lighter weight than the usual oil remover due to the mixture with water and it is able to remove waterproof makeup.
How to Use
Shake the bottle to blend the two phases, apply to a cotton pad and gently smooth across face, eye and lip area. Hold the cotton pad in place for a few seconds, allowing the remover to work without rubbing or tugging. Sweep the cotton away. Safe for use around the eye area
