1. After cleansing, care for the skin with toner or serum. 2. Open the pouch, peel off the film of the bottom mask, and apply it, aligning with the mouth area. 3. Peel off the film of the top mask, and apply it, aligning with the eye area. The top piece of the mask cloth should cover the bottom piece of the mask cloth. 4. Leave it on for at least 3-4 hours, or until it becomes transparent. After the mask turns transparent, gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until absorbed. * For the best results, it is recommended to use it at least once a week. * For the best results, leave the mask on overnight or for at least 3-4 hours. * Recommended usage time during the day: 3-4 hours * Recommended usage time at night: Leave overnight. * Recommended usage time for emergency care: 30-40 minutes.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
