After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water from hair. Apply an appropriate amount of conditioner to damp hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends. Massage lightly to ensure even distribution. Leave on for 1–3 minutes to allow deep moisture absorption. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
