Using the "two-finger rule," dispense two strips of the gel along your index and middle fingers to ensure you are using a sufficient amount to achieve the full SPF 50+ protection. Spread the product evenly across your face, neck, and any other exposed areas like the ears, gently patting with your palms to aid absorption. It is recommended to apply the serum at least 15 to 20 minutes before sun exposure to allow the chemical filters to set properly. For continuous protection throughout the day, reapply the product every two hours, particularly if you are sweating or spending extended time outdoors.
